I don’t think I have ever gotten through one of your videos. I listen to them many times so I can fully hear the stories because they are just so relaxing and give me the escape I need. I have an almost 6 month old and this past year has been extremely challenging. I am so grateful for what you do and I want you to know how much you’ve helped me. (K) Potassium having some color affect upon my dreams is a mere hypothesis. I just happened to’ve experienced a rare full-color dream after eating a banana hours prior. BTW, I did not experience a color dream, to my remembrance, recently. I can, however, attest an adequate vitamin B6 level as key for dream recall upon awakening.
