Hi, you definatly need to re in force the piping with metal, have the metal meet and just use the rubber to join, I can sell you a loom to make the standard 205 rev counter work with that engine :), I also have a 205 gti with a supercharged gti6 engine , mines a track car though, they are great fun, cheers Steve
@Itskanuti Ik zag dat je een Nederlandse kenteken in de auto had liggen. Ik zag laatst ook al eens het idee voorbij komen om een supercharged peugeot 205 te bouwen. Mijn vraag is wat heb je aan moeten passen aan de inlaat/ ontsteking om het allemaal mooi lopend te krijgen?
Jeetje, heb net het kenteeken gezien. Mooi ding man die 205!! Ben jij trouwens ook op het engelse forum? Die mooie sc komt toch van rich vandaan. Ik zit zelf aan een DIY kit te denken voor m'n 306 maar zou graag erst met wat mensen praaten over de ombouw. Ik woon in Luxemburg, jij woont toevalig niet in Limburg??? Als ja zou jij het meschien overweegen met mij in contact te treden of meschien een te ontmoeten?

they only crush when throttle is closed due to vacuum, when throttle open they make no difference as they are the correct shape.
I think with the power that it has to take you to meter the brake is more powerful than serial

need stronger pipes,crushing like that will drain power,standard focus rs suffers in the same way
yeah and probably about twice that for the high boost. but it'd be worth it to have 450bhp+ in a 205
