Congratulations on your new place! 🎊 I think your apartment is nice because it’s bigger. With time you can add stick tiles to your kitchen that are cheap and renter friendly and you can choose the color. When you move they peal out easily. Another tip, I would move the fridge and place it where the desk is at, that way it’s closer to the kitchen and later you can buy a small dining table and chair and put it where the bed is at and create an eating area. I would place the desk where the fridge is at and move the bed right in front of it next to the closet. This way you separate spaces and things are not all mixed. This way you create a sleeping area at the back of the room and an eating area at the front of the room. Later you can buy a pretty curtain your room will look more pretty and cozy 💖💖💖.
Wow, thank you for the very detailed explanation. It's so amazing and grateful to have people who care for me like this. I'm still thinking about tiles. I will do it when the time comes. And I had already moved my refrigerator and desk before I even checked the comments. But I think it will come out only in the next video and the video after that. Still, I added some in the next video. Please take a look. And if possible, please give me some advice. Thank you very much.^^💘💘
I started watching your channel while watching UA-cam casually. And then I wanted to see the life of a normal foreign student in Korea, but Before I knew it, I felt at ease after watching your video.
wow 40K views? you can cover the kitchen red tiles with contact paper (self-sticking, peel and stick vinyl roll). it has a sticking side you peel off the protective sheet and stick it to the tile. cut squares for all the tiles and don't cover the grout part. it ends up looking like white tile or whatever contact paper you buy. you can put two layers on the tiles if it shows some color though. you peel it off when you move out. watch some videos how to cover ugly tile with contact paper. doesn't cost much either. enjoy your new apartment!! the door you painted just needs more paint. you can get de-humidifier and empty the water daily not too much $$.
Thank you so much for leaving a comment like this. I was thinking about putting up contact paper too. I will try it when I have time. And I will also repaint it. Dehumidifiers are a bit expensive, so I will think more before buying one. Thank you so much.^o^ 💘💘💘

Hello! Thank you for your lovely message! I'm actually an international student from Korea, and I'm thrilled you enjoyed my video. Sending love right back to you from Korea! 💖😊
No, it’s not section 8. My friend ~ it’s just a studio apartment for people who live alone in Korea. There are also two-room and three-room studio apartments in korea. For international students like me, it is not too cheap compared to the prices in Korea.^^ thank you ^^

As for UA-cam tips, I think it's a good idea to ask your close friends. My friends watched it when they had time. Maybe that's a tip. But if you just be patient and keep looking up, you'll definitely get from 10 to 1,000 people. All you have to do is get started. Good luck my friend 🎀🤍
Thank you for the suggestion! A house tour package vlog sounds like a great idea. I'll definitely consider it for future content. Your feedback is always appreciated!^^
Not Seoul.I am in Daegu.I'm not sure about the details of finding an affordable apartment in Seoul, but there are various real estate agencies and online platforms where you can search for rental properties. It might require some time and effort to find the right place within your budget. You can try searching on websites like Zigbang, Dabang, or contacting local real estate agencies for assistance. It's also a good idea to consider factors like location, amenities, and transportation access when choosing an apartment.🥰
@@Smm19226 okay thank you so much. I want to live in korea for a year, but am not sure if I should go ad a student or english teacher. Money is a little bit of a concern
sorry for late reply!! Both options have their pros and cons, so it ultimately depends on your priorities and preferences. As a student, you'll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in Korean culture and language while pursuing your academic interests. However, being an English teacher can also be a rewarding experience, allowing you to interact with locals and make a positive impact through teaching. In terms of finances, being an English teacher may provide a more stable income, as many positions offer benefits such as housing and health insurance. On the other hand, studying as a student may require more financial planning, including tuition fees and living expenses. Consider factors such as your long-term goals, language proficiency, and level of commitment before making a decision. Additionally, research both options thoroughly to weigh the costs and benefits. Whatever you choose, I'm sure it will be an enriching experience!^^
Hi ~ I just pay 188$ per month. And about the deposit~ You have to pay just once. The deposit will be refunded when the contract ends and you move out. One thing you have to remember is if you move out before the contract ends, you have to pay 188$ per month until the person who rents your house shows up. U know what I mean ! right?
Where abouts in Korea do you live? Is it a small city?? I can't believe how cheap the rent is.... Here in Australia my weekly rent is more than your monthly and I live in a tiny student room sharing the kitchen, laundry & bathroom with twenty other people TT
I currently live in Daegu, South Korea. It's considered one of the major cities in Korea, although it might not be as large as Seoul or Busan. Despite that, Daegu offers a comfortable living environment with relatively lower living costs compared to bigger cities. It sounds like living expenses in Australia are quite high, especially for students. Hopefully, you'll find a better living situation soon. But I also think studying in Australia is a really impressive achievement in itself. cool ! 😍🤍BTW thank you

@@imarielmermaid yeah~ That's right! I can't find anything like this even in Seoul. I think this place is really good for me.😭

How can one get apartment for so cheap? Is it like section 8
with a wait list but for korea?
No, it’s not section 8. My friend ~ it’s just a studio apartment for people who live alone in Korea.
There are also two-room and three-room studio apartments in korea. For international students like me, it is not too cheap compared to the prices in Korea.^^ thank you ^^
How tall is your desk? Looks very spacious 😋
The desk is about 6 inches long. Yes, it is kinda spacious . 👀🤭
I clean anything with glass and faucets using vinegar. I don't care for the smell, makes it streak free and shiney. I hope your cats gone with you.
I will try next time. And ya, about my little baby cats~ According to the apartment rules, I can’t keep them at my house.😭 thanks for your advice 🤍🎀🫶🏻
Is a studio apartment?? It's too good to live, I think 😅💗
^^ Yes, it is a studio apartment! I'm glad you think it looks nice to live in. 💗😊
Hi Did you go to the Uzbek kitchen.
I am really happy ❤
Yes I’m used to go. It’s my fav 🤍 Especially when I meet with my best friends. They also love Uzbek foods.
Btw Thanks for your comment 🤍💖

HIII I LOVE HOW YOU REPLY TO ALL YOUR COMMENTS! I WANNA START A YT CHANNEL LIKE THIS, ANY TIPS??
Thanks ^^
The reason I'm replying is because I especially enjoy communicating with international friends and it's not that difficult. And I'm excited and happy that there are people who support me like this.
You are too cute!!!
^^Aw thanks. That's really sweet.🫶🏻❤️🔥
Thanks to algorithm discovered you. Hehe
still a mystery to me🤫🤭
You can vlog a house tour packages
Thank you for the suggestion! A house tour package vlog sounds like a great idea. I'll definitely consider it for future content. Your feedback is always appreciated!^^
Was it easy to find an affordable apartment like that? Are you in seoul? I want to find a cheap apartment like that too. Which agency did you use?
Whatever you choose, I'm sure it will be an enriching experience!^^
can you do a room tour?
Of course. I will 🤍
sorry but can I ask 188$ / month and how many months you have to pay in once ? and how about the deposit ?
Hi ~ I just pay 188$ per month. And about the deposit~ You have to pay just once. The deposit will be refunded when the contract ends and you move out. One thing you have to remember is if you move out before the contract ends, you have to pay 188$ per month until the person who rents your house shows up.
U know what I mean ! right?
You're so pretty!!!!!!
🙈😍omg!!! Thank you!!!!!! 😭
