I was a huge HUGE fan of Ashley Garcia ever since. OMGGGG i appreciate this so much!!! i want you to know that i am much inspired by you and everyone who supports one another despite of being strangers❤ continue to be kind. You just made my day😭🥹
For anyone who's planning on living alone who's on a tight budget, I suggest you buy stuff that is innovative, something that has dual or multiple purposes. Keep things very minimal.
@@jayceedope4242 bro firstly im no filipino, secondly the term common is highly subjective and even your definition is not accurate. lets keep sociology out for now, shall we? 😹
I know the struggle of hustling alone and also the joy of moving to a place and having the entire space for yourself 🥰 Stay strong and keep rocketing sista
I have no idea who you are, but I'm so happy for you. As someone who went out on their own a few months ago, I started off having to live with two different families that made me very uncomfortable and I was feeling stressed at my new job. Long story short, new department and my own studio with a little hiccup, but now I'm in a much better place. Starting out life, you can't afford an apartment with many rooms, and luxuries. Heck, I don't have hot water and my windows are old and cracked, but it's home. I'm happy and appreciative for it here. The rent is super cheap, walking distance from work, but still in a good and quiet area, and the amenities aren't bad. I'm rooting for you, sister. Goo luck. It's small, just like mine, but it's adorable.
this certainly reminded me of the first time when i had to live alone albeit not having too much stuff back then. it's awesome that you decided to move into an apartment instead of just renting a room... congrats... even if i'm 10 months too late
Loved this video. It definitely shows real life compared to the big flashy apartments we see all the time. Congratulations on the new space I hope you’re enjoying it!
One of the most exciting things in adulting, just doing exploring everything on your own since you're already earning. I did roughly 17 years of solo living in Makati, total of 6 movements. Hago sya yes, but it's rewarding when you see all your stuff and yourself na plastada na. I hope you continue to do great. Be safe and healthy kay wala puy lain makatabang sa self, ourselves ra pud Haha.
10yrs here. tough talaga. samahan pa ng depression anxiety tourette. living in 15sqm room. yung stress 100% dahil up and down ung business. everyday surviving. .
What a relaxing vlog! Moving/changing places is always a stress, documenting the move adds up to it but once you’re done with everything, those videos ahhhhh they’re def something you can look back to. And like you, I enjoy taking videos of my mundane life. All the best with vlogging ❤️❤️❤️ supporting you a fellow vlogger.
I'm not sure why you popped up on my feed but while I was watching the video, I found myself rooting for and encouraging you through the screen! I'll be moving within the next 2 years so maybe the universe is showing me that if you can do it, I can too! I'll be moving with my sister so it's not exactly the same situation but still! Kudos to you, it's a lot of work and it takes a certain mental stability to be able to do these things alone
Moving in is always so messy but satisfying, watching this video made me so happy, i love that you could move to a better place with you own space, sending you love and success 💗💗
i see mself in you while watching this. I've been living alone for about 2 yrs now and it really is satisfying whenever I do things myself especially when it is about assembling stuff like tables, bed frames and all hehe.. also Mr. DIY has been my go to ever since i discovered it. goodbye shoppee na talaga lalo na't kung nsa mr. diy naman
This is the first time I see one of your videos and I'm going through the same experiences. Omg, I feel everything in the video. I just moved alone like less than 2 months ago and everything is expensives but I put myself into. Let's go for it
If you haven’t yet, get silicone mats/baskets or metal pans for the air fryer. Easier to clean and helps limit possibilities of rusting in the air fryer basket :)
What a lovely video! Wishing you all the best in your new apartment :) for the bread: if it expires early, you can always cut it in slices (if necessary) and put it in the freezer. 3 Minutes in an air fryer and it's as good as new. Greetings from Germany
omg, I don't know why, but this video made me sad (I had tears in my eye haha) to see a person moving alone, and not necessarily having the means to have a big apartment (lol like me) You are a very brave person. Full of happiness !!😉
I still remember moving into my own place, I wish I filmed it too just for the memories and how I felt having my own place for the first time. Congrats on the new place!
I finally see someone normal buying things for their place! Loved your new apartment and this video was so relaxing to watch, thank you for sharing your journey!
No worries, girl. You got this! Living alone is not as bad as many people think. As long as you have a good circle of friends, everything is survivable. And here, in the US right now, way too many people are on tight budgets. The economy sucks, inflation is ridiculous, rents keep going up, and very few people remember how to get along with each other.
Finally, a life that I can relate to. Reality lang 😁 most of us are low to medium earners. Nakakainspire tong vlog ni ate dahil, una sa lahat PRACTICAL. And I know someday, maaatain ko den yung klase ng space at peace na meron kagaya niya sa vlog 😁 kudos sayo and patuloy lang po!
I’m moving to the Philippines this summer! So glad and excited to see my mother’s family again after years of separation. By that I mean I traveled there with my mom years ago.
I keep my bread in the freezer and take out what I need each day, when living alone it’s the best option. I either toast it or defrost it in the microwave, but you could just put it in a sandwich bag and let it slowly defrost. ❤
This is scarily similar to my experience going solo! Also got the Carote pans, easily the best decision because they save so much space. Had a toss up between the Fujidenzo and Condura personal refs, but ended up with the Condura one because it saves more on electricity kahit na mas malaki ang sign ni Fujidenzo sa savings 😂 Got the bamboo cookware and also opted for an induction stove. Tapos nakalimutan rice cooker hahaha
A little tip for my girlies out there going to live alone especially in a studio or very small appart make it look good so you don’t hate it trought out the year make it colorful some decoration some fun things and make it fell like a home

Hi, I am so happy to discover your channel. been a fan of Michelle Choi ever since she started vlogging, 2017? (not sure about the year tho). And you're giving me the same vibes :( huhu. i really want to start vlogging just to document my life and watching your vid makes me want to really push it, or maybe next time. HAHAHA.) I love how you organize your space esp your kitchen stuff. Celebrate your small wins nana, I am claiming that your 2023 will be fruitful. (I usually don't comment to vlogs, but I can't help it).
This has to be the best comment I got so far🥹 i am an avid fan of michelle sijce last year, definitely love her!💓 you should start your own vlog and i know you can do it!! Hope i was able to give ideas for your vids😍😍😍
What would be so great is to get a small sofa/ cushion to go underneath the bunk bed. You can also maximize your kitchen storage by putting the air fryer on top of the refrigerator with a wooden cutting board.
I hope you enjoy your journey, as an indian living in Philippines its really nice here, the weather is very hot.. but its a jixe excuse to go on beaches in holidays sometime. I want to live alone too, but i do have tensions about bills and things that you buyed, life as been so tight lately.. school work, organizing, and so much more. I can cook some basics like rice, sausages, nuggets, and etc. But i feel like i need to learn more & more things other than cooking & studying.
hi ate, if you havent yet, areyou planning to make a video how you found your apartment? or apartment hunting in general? I've been wanting to go solo for a while now but its all so overwhelming and quite terrifying ngl. Thanks for the great viddy!
I can use my dryer for about 3 years before it blows up. Good luck with your appliances manufacturing quality because I've never seen those brands before in my life.
So proud of you girl.
I'm looking forward sis. Ang sipag mo sa buhay u deserve all the blessings that u have now. Wish you all the best and please wag ka magsawa mag update hehe

Take note of this everyone. Now I'm kinda thinking of selling my air fryer, i don't really use it that much😅
Minimalism is really best when you have a small space and it wont take so much of your time to clean your space :)
Also if you have the time and patience, don't be afraid to make your own things.
I love how you can actually tell, that she really didnt know where to start unpacking her stuff. Shes wayyy too relatable for this
Literally caught on camera hahaha thank you for being here🥰 appreciate it
have seen many such living alone vlogs, but you represent us the common peeps, so real!! loving it all the way
This means a lot for me🥹 thank you soooo much 🙏🙏
Nah I would not say that. Most Filipinos can only rent a bedspace with common CR, kitchen, and living space. This does not represent "common" people.
