    I freaking love the idea of putting posts into planters. Absolutely brilliant.

    Never use glues on fire place, you’ll be inhaling chemicals, use concrete mix. Or none at all the weight of the blocks already hold it down

    • @SirPeluza
      @SirPeluza Рік тому +25

      That's exactly what I was thinking. The weight of the blocks should be more than enough but if you have kids some concrete mix will save you

    • @franciscosanpedro3836
      @franciscosanpedro3836 Рік тому +6

      @@SirPeluza Yes some concrete will help especially if you have kids or pets around. The Glue is mostly for 5ft tall block retaining walls outside. And their are different types of glue adhesives.

      @Dgafsranger Рік тому +14

      There's a type they make that is for outdoor fire pits it's resists heat and don't put out chemicals to inhale or at least that's the claim lol

    looking good so far! I feel like some kind of planty hedge for partial walls would be neet. you might try something similar to a windowbox, but larger, on the ground, a 3-6' trellis covered in some kind of vining plant. that you can move around as needed. or inground plant if you're ready to solidify, but I think a small, "wall" would add a bit of "enclosure and sense of space" give it a little cozy, but the small sections wont' make it TOO enclosed, it's an outdoor oasis after all.

    If your current wife ever cheated on you and ask for a divorce just leave her and enjoy your castle. You built a superb comfortable facility for yourself basically and her was just there to enjoy it with you. If she's ungrateful then you deserve the so MUCH BETTER one. She doesn't deserve you. That's only if she's EVER broke the vows and the holy patrimony of your marriage.
