- Requested Video 13 Ascension Symptoms during a Spiritual Awakening, or as I like to call them, "Ego Degradation Symptoms." A Spiritual Awakening is nothing more than the Ego breaking down and pulling back the veil of illusion in the 3D world. You may have some of these symptoms, all of these symptoms, and way more! Ascension, or Ego Degradation, is a very personal thing, and it can last anywhere from a week to many years, dependent on how much of your Ego needs to be broken.

This is great! TF channels RARELY talk about non duality, which is our true nature. There are so many romanticised videos about awakening and symptoms on the TF path but no one actually talks about WHAT that awakening actually is, that it's an entire identity shift from duality to singularity.

One of the craziest ascension symptoms I've had was virtually over night and out of nowhere (the same year meeting my flame & onward) detoxing from societal indoctrination; carbs, high sugars, fluoride, lust, prescriptions (and transitioning to herbs), sleep health, proper daylight, plants, fresh air. Its insane- a part of me misses the old me unwoke sugar consuming foggy minded worker ant but ascension refuses you to go back to such a state of mental fog- it's almost like a second round of puberty. Whatever it is- very few are on it so it's incredibly lonely. Even when surrounded by others no one can see my perspective. Locally at least. There's no ego - so I look in the mirror and don't hate myself but am not full of myself - its just a blank reflection experience. SO WEIRD. YESSS OMG sensitivity to sound- I don't listen to music anymore I drive with radio off, I use noise cancel headphones. Understanding of language doesn't register anymore with me. Like I'm called handsome constantly randomly on dating apps. And i just go ok but what does that mean? I blank and have no idea how to respond to being called handsome as its not a form of conversational flow, nor do I want to compliment the person in return as my ego is gone and i need a deeper connection. LOL I feel like i'm going insane.
It's funny that you say a part of you misses the old you...that's actually a very common thing to happen afterwards, and it happened to me for years. It's the Ego trying to regain control because it's finally being broken down. Kudos to you for going through it all, and yes, it can be lonely, but we're all here with you 🙏

I can’t just give up the responsibilities of being a wife and a mother. I can’t give up my job because I still have mortgage and car payments.
Changing food habits is the easy part but I had to even struggle with that. I became vegetarian by choice at the age of 14 but my family wouldn’t approve. So I had to eat what everyone else did. Now I’m in my 40’s. My husband thinks it a waste of money to eat vegetarian at a restaurant. I turned vegetarian again last year, after meeting my twin, and still have to justify it to my family almost every day about my food choices. 😏
@Nebula-Lyric I thought the same thing about my environment ( all the obligations that you listed) until it happened. I started meditating during breaks at my office, in the car etc.... It's challenging but I started meditating more & then made it apart of my schedule.... along with so much more but that's where I started ..... Wish you luck
@@wearethesamenergy so, what happens if you let the ego gain control… going back to some old habits … a few very simple examples being - sleeping in till late, or junk food, too much coffee or sugar.

I’ve experienced most of these over the past year of intense change (esp after break from a karmic family member and then meeting my TF) but also before that, to a degree. I appreciate the explanation of being unable to articulate or understand others! I was beginning to worry it was something else, but it resonates very strongly. It might also explain why I have little motivation to travel, despite it being a soul desire. I’ve been needing to go inward, be still and quiet. Luckily I moved to the country from the city. It’s been a tonic for my soul 🌿

While i do believe spiritual awakening/ascension is a thing or has 'signs' you're having one, i agree with most things you say.
Thank you for this video. I just recently found out about this twin flame journey that I’m in. I saw some of these symptoms with my twin - when during that time I didn’t know yet that he’s my twin flame. I think he initially experienced some of these symptoms before I did. He ran and blocked me on his mobile and viber but not on other social media platforms. We’re currently separated, and I’m currently focusing on my life and my plans for the next few months and years to come. Your videos helped me understand what I was going thru. Love and light always ! 💕

Nice video clairvoyance corner of my eyes a lot lately downloads alot anyway first in the six months since I found the word Empath because I wanted to answer the question how did you know that ? My answer has always been that I don't know how I just know! Read people so easily that lie hate liars couldn't ever quit until I got them and then anxiety years I wake up just sick and say I don't know why nothing's wrong haven't done anything tears watching movies , news, even documentaries thought it was just a cry baby! So I found the word Empath then here's the video that just pops on one morning on spiritual ringing and had my ears checked MRIs, cat scans nothing wrong I've gone through surgeries that ended up in 2018 ended my 35 year job had since 83 out of HS wife wasn't staying cheated then moved in with neighbor had a wreck that I was in the light a woman told me I could stay or walk out I was peaceful loved the feeling wasn't leaving then I remember I have a 3 year old son and I'm not letting him grow up without his dad so walked out the pure bright white light suddenly dim to black I'm instantly on the ground in pain went through a windshield . There's war ,pandemic, wreck, midwife crises ,divorce , lost job, homeless , I finally got disability moved in dad's to help him started out with nothing but I decided to collect coins antiques it was great I kept going and didn't realize been 3vyears single having fun first time since H S just me for me I felt happier than ever loved it said this spring life couldn't get better then the wakening it just got way better now the eyes suck blurry sounds were bad even damn bird at 4am every morning and just one fly sound like a jet I have a friend who psychic she does past life readings has a business for 28byears she helped me the awakening I didn't know existed I just soul searched found myself for myself no knowledge of all this I see and read strangers for years but not myself ! Lol sorry so long hard to say in a few words but nice video I been watching Christina lopes like her stuff just kinda ended up here somehow and when a random thing happens it usually is something I need to know so it was thanks

Omg on the communication. I was calling it brain fog. I know my coworkers are looking at me crazy right now. Not gonna lie, I blamed it on the vaccine. My memory is shot and for the last 2 months, I go days without sleeping. I get through the days but just weird. Appetite is gone too.
Gosh this is on point. I have been posting things on my fb during my journey. A lot of friends and family engage. But last night a relative called me and was worried about me. Said I needed therapy. I was sad. It hurt my feelings. Then my dad said he felt disrespected by me asking questions about his religion. Then today I was called by my daughters GMA , and she was worried. Then an old friend said I was being eccentric.
I couldn’t shake the feeling. I was upset that they were making feel this way but ultimately all the times I did need help, no one listened.

Oh yeah, I know these experiences and feelings well. YOU ARE ON YOUR RIGHT PATH. They are stuck in Ego of how you used to be/they want you to be/society tells you, you should be. You're doing great 💜
i have come to love you!! i was triggered at first but your take on my post awakened life adds alot more to my journey. i have a question about pointlessness. i thought there is a point per se to your experiences and revelations, etc. because your soul chose it and it expands your awareness. a point of getting lessons learned. so they dont have to be taken seriously but i enjoy it- seeing how it unfolds. and it gives my life more meaning working on this experience and comforting those suffering and having reasons to get up in the morning. any thoughts?

I have all symptoms, my eyes , I’ve went to three doctors but my eyes are not responding to medication, ive took omega3 to help with my dry eyes and allergy, all not working, also stomach irritation, i have this one too, i wokeup and feel bloated for no reason, without eating anything, I do see the pointlessness in everything too , especially after my twinflame separation and this one scares me the most! , also loss of memory, feeling like im not here too .. i have all of them.
Knowing thing before happening every time it’s exited and scary at the same time
Ive had an experience once with an edible that showed me not only soul family, but also how fast an negative entity can take over your hold and trying to "end your experience ". It was the scared moment of my life and it showed me the body and source and be seperated and both can operate separately. In my casuse my 5D self had to fight wake up my 3D self. Also i as about to ask questions about myself abd get real amswers. (I highly dont recommend doing or experiencing what i did, it was by accident)
How can you explain all this so well? Everyone romanticises twin flames. If only they knew the pain we go through. Mine has been going on for 27 years and shows no sign of ending, and the awakening that happened 27 years ago and realizing I had a twin flame is truly your worst nightmare that lasts years. If I had the choice to be normal or have to go through this pain all over again, would I choose to be normal? No, I would choose the pain of all this again and again. Who the hell wants to be just a number doing what they told to do, believing what they told to believe. 👍

I had this and then it went away after an argument with my mom. I’m really sad about it. I’m still seeing animals and numbers but my sensitivity to energy and connection to spirit went away or is dulled now. 😢 maybe I just need to meet him to wake up to non duality but didn’t need everything so I could still exist in the matrix.
The symptom you spoke about regarding the hair standing up on my arms and sometimes whole body happens to me frequently. What is it trying to communicate to me? Why is it happening? And more importantly, what is the point of it?
That's clairsentience. You're feeling something happening that you're not cognitively aware of. Pay attention when it happens and see what's going on around you.
i have been on the spiritual path for some months now. and i've heard from other teachers about everything has a soul and is conscious including AI. if we are all ONE and we are all the same( as your channel tittle suggested,) i wonder if video game NPCs have souls like us too? i loved playing games like GTA, assassin's creed etc, but now i'm hesitant to go back to them because i fear i can actually cause real suffering of the NPCs in games...can you do a video about that? 🙏❤
I don't ever talk about souls. If you're interested in the scientific element of energy and everything being the same, my book's entire first chapter is on the science of it
I have experienced most of these, although headaches are more common for me than eye pain. Also, while I do see through everything now, I wouldn’t say it’s all meaningless. We are here to grow after all and it’s a great feeling when you are making progress and become so much calmer, less triggered, better, more beautiful than you used to be. Yes, it’s still ego stuff, but we wouldn’t be in the 3D world if we didn’t need to experience ego. So, I try to find meaning in my life and often I find myself just falling in love with life itself. And it’s a great feeling.
Ps. My husband often mentions I look like I am on drugs😂. But no. I am just living inside myself now😊.

Could you tell your history on this matter? I felt once that I was the universe…and the “I-thought” that appeared in my consciousness was absolutely non-existent… and for a while I felt that everything existed but I was no longer concerned with anything or anyone. I felt alone because I was everyone and everything and I could just be on my own. This put me in a place where I felt a bit of apathy and I felt I could die with nothing remaining to be experienced… could you please tell your history in detail? For me not feeling insane somehow?

I had edibles twice that got me to the pointlessness. It was crazy. I was scared the second time, because it hit harder. I just kept repeating nothing even matters. It was crazy.

What makes you say fatigue is rare? In my experience it's very common, but I'm interested in your take.
Biological stress responses are more akin to exhaustion and fatigue than gaining it from a Spiritual Awakening.
@@wearethesamenergy aren't those intricately linked, if not one and the same, though? Couldn't we say the same thing about the increased sensory overwhelm? Ultimately all related to the nervous system in 3D terms
I love this debate, so thank you for your comments 🙂 Yes, everything in the 3D realm can be said to deal with our nervous system. What I'm trying to say is that if people get severely fatigued, to please see a doctor (remember my liability) to make sure they're physically all right before chalking it up to Awakening. It's very easy to confuse Awakening with depression, and I will not ever "diagnose" someone as having an Ego Degradation when they could in fact be going through something serious physically. 🙏

During the night i have heat inside my body, it keeps me awake, and it disturbes so much my sleeping. I have seen doctors but no one can help me. Do you maybe have a answer or advice for this ? (I meditate every evening for 2 hours for years, so my mind is relaxted when I am going to sleep. But I have no control on this heat. It is a very big problem for me.)

Till the age of 18 or 19, i wasn't able to identify myself as myself. Looking at myself in the mirror, i would often think, this isnt me, this is someone else. Was not even much attached to my mother as well. Dont know how it changed.
