As an INFJ empath I’ve definitely experienced this, multiple times even. The symptoms you list are so specific and spot on. I’m highly frustrated when friends, family, or even the religious people gaslight and dismiss what you’re experiencing. I had to shorten the list of people I interact with regularly. My family and friends think I’m crazy but I’m ok with that. I just talk to them less. Jesus went through losing his family because of his life path. Saying all that, it’s hard to deal with at times.
The fatigue was the worst for me somedays I would sleep 18 hrs .. get up and a few hrs later I would be exhausted.. it was hard to get anything done .. it was intense for a about 2-Years for me it started the seeing of number patterns.. especially triple numbers .. unless you have had this transformation it sounds crazy or foreign .. I had days where I felt like I was in a movie .. I like in Bruce almighty the scene when he asks for a sign .. it so spot on .. the energetic feeling and not liking crowds for sure.. spending time alone is a must.. wanting to go home also .. missing something you can’t explain..

I have been getting symptoms of ascension really strongly, but also I have found out I have B12 problem as well, so if anybody is getting all the bullet points of problems that are also the same as ascension symptoms you might want to go get a test done to see if you have active b12 or if your low in b12 as many people walking around not knowing they have a problem with there b12 and if left for a long time can cause serious problems. sending so my love 💜
Andromendan, Pleiadian & Cassiopeian starseed here (my predominance is Andromedan in my personality in this life), and these symptoms have just become stronger by the year. In 2020 I used to be able to handle the mundane and bureaucracy so much better and now it’s almost like I can’t understand it at all. I become so irritated by it. All these symptoms are so real. Yes and it's a purifying process to clear trauma from the body. You need to adjust your food, exercise and meditate. Stop your meds or this ascension process will do nothing for you. Quit smoking and drinking too.
I pray you work your way off these medications as I was on about the same & now on 1 & on my way off of these as well. I know for me that the Medication is kept me sick. I eat healthy, exercise, take supplements & feel so much better. Best of luck.

I'm also very worried about the Stray Cats that I feed as it has been raining for over a month in Northern California. This is January 2023. My stomach has been having problems and I'm wondering if this is related. Some of these are also symptoms of heavy metal toxicity. That happened to me. If you feel sick, it might also be physical, not just ascension. I think I was experiencing both at the same time.
Anyone else waking up out of a dead sleep for no reason? I was experiencing debilitating depression, anxiety, fear of leaving my house and other issues listed above. A week ago I began microdosing and literally my depression, anxiety, overall sadness in general and fear are all gone. Yesterday had the deepest conversation with a sibling that I feel would have never dreamed we would have and even insanely sensitive towards all all living beings and have an overwhelming need to let go of what isn’t serving me which includes people I felt were important to me at one time but I realize that there is something much greater than us and by hanging onto whatever isn’t leading me on this path. Yes the ointments don't help with this. Need to stop drinking and smoking, eat healthy, things that never ysed to bother you physically... your body will now show you it isn't right for you now.
I just looked this up, because more so now than ever, I am having feelings of being off balance, not in a medical way, just weird, anxiety, I don't want to be out with people now, crying very easily, and don't even get me started on conversations with anyone. I can't just talk about mundane things anymore. And anything I do wish to talk about gets me silence, or weird looks.

I have a little dizziness. I had light sensitivity. I cannot do small talk and I prefer to be alone. I can't be around a lot of people. lol My ears ring off and on. The middle of my forehead would hurt and then go away. I stopped watching tv. I cut off many people. I turned vegan. I'm now taking multi vitamins to help me along. Drinking lots of water. I meditate twice daily as usual. Praying. I no longer drink and partying is not my thing anymore. I don't fit in. Now I'm thinking of leaving my job and praying that God matches me with one the fits my purpose. I have been handing out resumes. Everything is changing so fast. When I changed my diet, EVERYTHING CHANGED.
I've felt almost all of these, wow. The last one is very sensitive because I have children and we talk alot I don't have much to say to them. They see it

To take this even one step further. The divine realm have apologised for these symptoms. Apparently it wasn't meant to happen this way. There has been a glitch. It is meant to happen at your entry/exit points and not during the 3d/physical actualised stage. So ironically, as has been mentioned 🙏 the more symptoms, the more light you could be taking on and the more you are developing. I’ve been experiencing a majority of the symptoms listed for months now, including unexplained and unpredictable nausea and vomiting several days in a row, at a time and rapid weight loss of at least sixty 2:47 pounds in just a couple of months. I needed to lose the weight, but not like this. I’ve been seeing my PCP and my two therapists about the issues and symptoms since September. All my tests came back normal aside from a possible iron deficiency. There’s more, so much more but I’ve rambled enough. If this is the diagnoses, I’ll take it!
@@plarkin6433 hi thanks for the response and fair question. We hadn’t heard of that specific symptom either, but had the thought process that it could be a form of physical/emotional or both purging. Getting all the toxins and general crap in my system removed prior to ascension taking place. If I hadn’t been experiencing so many spiritual signs and symbols (in your face, undeniable signs) prior and during this period I wouldn’t bark up the ascension tree. Given my own experience over the past year, it truly is the only thing that makes sense. We all know life isn’t always about what we want. If anyone reads this and feels any need to say something, please do. I’m not in the habit of making posts, but i am open to other views,thoughts,research etc…
I had heavy metal toxicity and would vomit and have diarrhea at the exact same time. Pooping and vomiting all at once, as well as all these types physical symptoms listed here. Got sick from the vaxx. Also experienced ascension symptoms all at the same time as this.

Very much appreciate this discussion as I have been in the eye of the storm with the ascension symptoms. Just did a detox body program, Now I'm working with an integrate holistic doctor to help regulate apparently my disregulated body. Felt like I have cried a ocean with all the anxiety, Terrible sleep disturbances, and this is even with meditation and breathing practices. Trying to find better ways to cope with the transformation occurring within.... I welcome any suggestions you may have....
I think this is fascinating, because I am seeing a therapist, and since I’ve become extremely spiritual, I am finding that many people in the mental health industry, even though they want to use Carla, young and different things like that that are spiritual, but they use it when they want to, and they don’t when they don’t, and so I had a real tug-of-war with this new social worker and I could tell like the spirituality she didn’t really say much and it always made me feel weird and I think we all feel weird about it anyway so last thing I want is a therapist doesn’t get it so I really appreciate this information and it makes me want to send it to her😮
I never experienced symptoms of ADHD, but as I began to ascend, I started showing these symptoms. I struggle with insomnia, but there doesn't seem to be a rhyme or reason. Sometimes I sleep great, sometimes I don't sleep at all - doesn't matter what my sleep hygiene is.

100% all of the above. I've had this the last 4 years but the last 3 months even more so. Doctors can't find anything constantly sick then better for a week then sick again. Everything has come on really strong after coming back from an Ayahuasca retreat in Peru. I know it's all energetic but extremely tirering.
This is very interesting 🤔 I have everything on your list. What really stands out to me is the avoidance of mundane tasks. I just can't seem to do the day to day things that comes easy to everyone else. I never had anxiety until recently and wow, that is a challenge and debilitating. I am a CEO, author and public speaker. I have had enormous success in my life which has now drained me (since covid) extremely strong willed. Have aphantasia and the memory issues. Vivid dreama, out of body experiences. Occasionally when I fall asleep I will see geometric patterns like a toroidal field or kaleidoscope. I understand the concept of multi dimensional and one interesting thing is that I just know things that I shouldn't know because I never studied it. I always believed these symptoms were more about childhood trauma and autism/aspergers ❤

It's like motion sickness on a rollercoaster. If you don't them enough your body adjusts to the motion. We've went from heavy to lighter energy, it'll take time to adjust to the new motion. Depending on our starseed origin, Some of our nervous systems will be more sensitive to it.
My best friend and also the man I was with recently died. I feel numb, I avoid crowds, do not want to socialize. I also have unexplained pain in my hands and feet, making it difficult to walk at times. I have vivid dreams, when normally I rarely dream. I also have a feeling of something very good coming soon…anticipation I guess.
Got all these symptoms, and more, seemingly unrelated and which could not be explained in a rational way. I thought I was literally dying at times. They actually are also symptoms of B1 deficiency, which can be eased with large doses of Thiamine (water-soluble, ease of symptoms within 2-030 min) and Bentothiamine (fat-soluble, reaches the brain, takes longer to act). Taking large does (up to 2,000 mg a day) has helped me "make it through the day", and be able to (barely) function during the day, and not lose my business and mind completely.

Today has been challenging. Ache pressure in my chest and back. No fever, no other symptoms related to heart attack. Completely drained, sadness peaking but hard to release thru tears. I look very tired and no light in my face. I need to ground myself.

I haven't been able to feel my body from the torso all the way down my legs. Pins abd needles, tingling, vibration. It feels like its all gone but I kkow it's there because can feel the pressure. I can still walk with my assistive device of course because of a previously diagnosed autoimmune condition. Labs are wacky but not critical. Doctors have no clue what's causing this. I tell my children not to worry, maybe I'm going to grow a mermaid tail and revert back to one of the beautiful lifetimes in the heavens Zi had remembered at birth in what is called pre birth memories 😅 or maybe I'm simply getting ready to fly like the life times I remembered as a Serephim or just a simple light body. There is an opening in the middle of my forehead. My eyes when I shut them shut in a weird way, there is a what I would describe as energetic or neurological pulling of the skin that happens as i shut them. My feelings feel weak in intensity almost like they are not compressed together. And my shoulders move in a funny way, the feelings in there are abnormally enlarged. These are weird symptoms that I have since 2017

Can anyone tell me what relevance vibration or frequency of vibration has to dimension or number of dimensions? Why does he refer to an increased frequency as a dimension? How could the rate of oscillation have any impact on the number of dimensions in which it occurs? Why does he refer to the concept of 5 dimensional space as if it is a location itself rather than that in which a location can be determined?
Driving last year in July to my in laws my legs began to shake and arms heart palpitations and my peripheral vision or eyesight can't see correctly. Neurologist opthamologist has been referred, have 2 herniated disks and cervical spondylosis. These have been seen in MRI so how can this be an ilusion or upgrade? Some days I have no energy, my arms feel like 2 bricks and so do my legs.
Been to ER 2 times also admitted to hospital for observation and Dr.'s say all is normal. Auto immune blood test was done, and Dr says I don't have an auto immune, yet test says positive, I feel I am being gaslighted
So how long will these symptoms last? How to deduct they are Ascensión symptoms and not hormonal or auto immune or other conditions? Guess after my vertigo testing and neuro opthamologist tests are concluded and blood work for hormones I can say its Ascensión but need my life back

I'm also very worried about the Stray Cats that I feed as it has been raining for over a month in Northern California. This is January 2023. My stomach has been having problems and I'm wondering if this is related. Some of these are also symptoms of heavy metal toxicity. That happened to me. If you feel sick, it might also be physical, not just ascension. I think I was experiencing both at the same time.

Anyone else waking up out of a dead sleep for no reason? I was experiencing debilitating depression, anxiety, fear of leaving my house and other issues listed above. A week ago I began microdosing and literally my depression, anxiety, overall sadness in general and fear are all gone. Yesterday had the deepest conversation with a sibling that I feel would have never dreamed we would have and even insanely sensitive towards all all living beings and have an overwhelming need to let go of what isn’t serving me which includes people I felt were important to me at one time but I realize that there is something much greater than us and by hanging onto whatever isn’t leading me on this path.

Yes the ointments don't help with this. Need to stop drinking and smoking, eat healthy, things that never ysed to bother you physically... your body will now show you it isn't right for you now.

I just looked this up, because more so now than ever, I am having feelings of being off balance, not in a medical way, just weird, anxiety, I don't want to be out with people now, crying very easily, and don't even get me started on conversations with anyone. I can't just talk about mundane things anymore. And anything I do wish to talk about gets me silence, or weird looks.

I have a little dizziness. I had light sensitivity. I cannot do small talk and I prefer to be alone. I can't be around a lot of people. lol My ears ring off and on. The middle of my forehead would hurt and then go away. I stopped watching tv. I cut off many people. I turned vegan. I'm now taking multi vitamins to help me along. Drinking lots of water. I meditate twice daily as usual. Praying. I no longer drink and partying is not my thing anymore. I don't fit in. Now I'm thinking of leaving my job and praying that God matches me with one the fits my purpose. I have been handing out resumes. Everything is changing so fast. When I changed my diet, EVERYTHING CHANGED.

To take this even one step further. The divine realm have apologised for these symptoms. Apparently it wasn't meant to happen this way. There has been a glitch. It is meant to happen at your entry/exit points and not during the 3d/physical actualised stage. So ironically, as has been mentioned 🙏 the more symptoms, the more light you could be taking on and the more you are developing. I’ve been experiencing a majority of the symptoms listed for months now, including unexplained and unpredictable nausea and vomiting several days in a row, at a time and rapid weight loss of at least sixty 2:47 pounds in just a couple of months. I needed to lose the weight, but not like this. I’ve been seeing my PCP and my two therapists about the issues and symptoms since September. All my tests came back normal aside from a possible iron deficiency. There’s more, so much more but I’ve rambled enough. If this is the diagnoses, I’ll take it!

@@plarkin6433 hi thanks for the response and fair question. We hadn’t heard of that specific symptom either, but had the thought process that it could be a form of physical/emotional or both purging. Getting all the toxins and general crap in my system removed prior to ascension taking place. If I hadn’t been experiencing so many spiritual signs and symbols (in your face, undeniable signs) prior and during this period I wouldn’t bark up the ascension tree. Given my own experience over the past year, it truly is the only thing that makes sense. We all know life isn’t always about what we want. If anyone reads this and feels any need to say something, please do. I’m not in the habit of making posts, but i am open to other views,thoughts,research etc…
I had heavy metal toxicity and would vomit and have diarrhea at the exact same time. Pooping and vomiting all at once, as well as all these types physical symptoms listed here. Got sick from the vaxx. Also experienced ascension symptoms all at the same time as this.

Very much appreciate this discussion as I have been in the eye of the storm with the ascension symptoms. Just did a detox body program, Now I'm working with an integrate holistic doctor to help regulate apparently my disregulated body. Felt like I have cried a ocean with all the anxiety, Terrible sleep disturbances, and this is even with meditation and breathing practices. Trying to find better ways to cope with the transformation occurring within.... I welcome any suggestions you may have....
I think this is fascinating, because I am seeing a therapist, and since I’ve become extremely spiritual, I am finding that many people in the mental health industry, even though they want to use Carla, young and different things like that that are spiritual, but they use it when they want to, and they don’t when they don’t, and so I had a real tug-of-war with this new social worker and I could tell like the spirituality she didn’t really say much and it always made me feel weird and I think we all feel weird about it anyway so last thing I want is a therapist doesn’t get it so I really appreciate this information and it makes me want to send it to her😮
I never experienced symptoms of ADHD, but as I began to ascend, I started showing these symptoms. I struggle with insomnia, but there doesn't seem to be a rhyme or reason. Sometimes I sleep great, sometimes I don't sleep at all - doesn't matter what my sleep hygiene is.

100% all of the above. I've had this the last 4 years but the last 3 months even more so. Doctors can't find anything constantly sick then better for a week then sick again. Everything has come on really strong after coming back from an Ayahuasca retreat in Peru.
I know it's all energetic but extremely tirering.

This is very interesting 🤔 I have everything on your list. What really stands out to me is the avoidance of mundane tasks. I just can't seem to do the day to day things that comes easy to everyone else. I never had anxiety until recently and wow, that is a challenge and debilitating. I am a CEO, author and public speaker. I have had enormous success in my life which has now drained me (since covid) extremely strong willed. Have aphantasia and the memory issues. Vivid dreama, out of body experiences. Occasionally when I fall asleep I will see geometric patterns like a toroidal field or kaleidoscope. I understand the concept of multi dimensional and one interesting thing is that I just know things that I shouldn't know because I never studied it. I always believed these symptoms were more about childhood trauma and autism/aspergers ❤

It's like motion sickness on a rollercoaster. If you don't them enough your body adjusts to the motion. We've went from heavy to lighter energy, it'll take time to adjust to the new motion. Depending on our starseed origin, Some of our nervous systems will be more sensitive to it.
My best friend and also the man I was with recently died. I feel numb, I avoid crowds, do not want to socialize. I also have unexplained pain in my hands and feet, making it difficult to walk at times. I have vivid dreams, when normally I rarely dream. I also have a feeling of something very good coming soon…anticipation I guess.
Got all these symptoms, and more, seemingly unrelated and which could not be explained in a rational way. I thought I was literally dying at times. They actually are also symptoms of B1 deficiency, which can be eased with large doses of Thiamine (water-soluble, ease of symptoms within 2-030 min) and Bentothiamine (fat-soluble, reaches the brain, takes longer to act). Taking large does (up to 2,000 mg a day) has helped me "make it through the day", and be able to (barely) function during the day, and not lose my business and mind completely.

At times I am getting very scared cuz I can't handle my life anymore in my family has shunned me come and unfortunately I have shunned my friends. I need help so bad with day-to-day things and just don't know how to find it.
You're not alone...we're grateful you're here...and don't be shy to ask for help, doctors and counselors, can be very helpful. The symptoms may be "spiritual" in nature, but here on earth we can use some grounded medicine and or counseling to feel our best.

I haven't been able to feel my body from the torso all the way down my legs. Pins abd needles, tingling, vibration. It feels like its all gone but I kkow it's there because can feel the pressure. I can still walk with my assistive device of course because of a previously diagnosed autoimmune condition. Labs are wacky but not critical. Doctors have no clue what's causing this. I tell my children not to worry, maybe I'm going to grow a mermaid tail and revert back to one of the beautiful lifetimes in the heavens Zi had remembered at birth in what is called pre birth memories 😅 or maybe I'm simply getting ready to fly like the life times I remembered as a Serephim or just a simple light body. I'm so ready to fully ascend now.... it's close 💜

There is an opening in the middle of my forehead. My eyes when I shut them shut in a weird way, there is a what I would describe as energetic or neurological pulling of the skin that happens as i shut them. My feelings feel weak in intensity almost like they are not compressed together. And my shoulders move in a funny way, the feelings in there are abnormally enlarged.

Driving last year in July to my in laws my legs began to shake and arms heart palpitations and my peripheral vision or eyesight can't see correctly. Neurologist opthamologist has been referred, have 2 herniated disks and cervical spondylosis. These have been seen in MRI so how can this be an ilusion or upgrade? Some days I have no energy, my arms feel like 2 bricks and so do my legs.
