It’s actually gold advice. So many twin flame coaches make money, selling so many complicated healings courses and people in pain buy them as well. Most of them don’t work because no amount of courses and coaching would help you understand your inner truth.

one of these very famous coaches who has around 6k "students" and charging between $400-500 for a course actually prohibits and bans her video in his FB page. So, we know the this world and our source wants us to ascend and awaken and all he does is blocking the truth to come to the suffering people! This is beyond sin what he is doing putting his greed for money in front of universal awakening move 😢😞
Going to a coarse; talking with a coache makes much worse. You are forcing the energy. We should be all stay in neutral phase without huge emotions. Guru lady gives really good advice. Solid, pure and short advice is enough.

Everyone has a twin flame, which is the nature of our core self, thus our consciousness. But most people don't meet their TF consciously or not at all.
The twin flame is simply an expression in the human realm. In essence, yes, the "twin flame" is YOU, but this is the label given to its expression in incarnation. There is only soul yes, ghe higher truth. But not every human has a "twin flame", which is the simultaneous expression of the one soul in two forms at once on the earth plane.

I still question mine on and off. When I reflect and think about what he activated within me I have noticed that the feeling of obsession, fear and anxiety was also in my other close relationships. The triggers were not as intense but, none of my other relationships worked as they mirrored aspects of core wounding that my DM activated within me.
The fact that I worked with him and knew him years ago and that he has recently triggered a similar effect has informed me that I am still needed more work in surrender.
To test whether this is real I actually released him from our connection on social media.

This is actually the truth. The more you step into the pain...and endure...and think that it will swallow you up alive...you are actually breaking through...and an incredible clarity and bliss you soon follow afterwards. The pain is unlike anything though...far worse than physical pain but it is just an illusion created by the ego.

I just stopped thinking. The thinking caused the pain, so I got fed up and told myself nup, to every single thought.
One instance, I only a few hours sleep, but I wasn’t tired. I thought “iv only had a few hours sleep” and I felt tiredness come over me. That’s when I figured, I need to stop listening to my thoughts.

How you guys think her connection is twin flame connection? She is clearly having a karmic connection, a true twin flame connection will put her into the most profound spiritual healing journey. But she is still waiting for that man coming back instead of heal herself with her inner strength. Twin flame is not so much better any any other connections, but it will sure make you transform like no others. She is more like a codependent with a narcissist karmic connection. Which is very painful, if she doesn’t heal and cut the core with him, she will mostly coming back again and again in her future life time encounter with him and he will still hurt her this way life after life, until she learns her lesson and willing to stand up heal.

Can you please walk us through a guided surrendering 🙏 I’ve been practicing Kriya for years and essentially nothing from the outside has moved me or budged me at all from my center and Shakti energy BUT this situation with an almost indescribable pain and depression almost all day everyday for almost 2 years from a suspect twin flame connection/separation. Imagine it like a cyclone....either in the periphery in the storm or at the centre. The centre of the cyclone is empty, that is where to tune into. Feel the storm blow around the centre, but at some point it has to be felt, because eventually when the right time comes, a release has to be made, otherwise no dynamical change can occur. Since 2017, I found 3 persons and 3 times this dynamic happened. I found some people explaining that the soul divides in fractals, 2, 4, 8, 16. Therefore more than one twin is possible for people who continue their spiritual Journey. In my case I kept transforming and the first twin is not aligned with my purpose now although I still feel inconditional love for him. Im pretty sure about this because the nature of the connection is the same. I feel I have to surrender completly and I havent. There is still some thoughts and inconscient expectations but pain has disappeared in 2020. Besides this, your explanation is the best so far.❤

It is not you feeling that way but your ego. Detach from these thoughts and emotions by observing them and realising that they are not the real you. Feeling this way is an illusion created by the wounded ego merely. You are the observer, the soul. And the soul cannot be hurt by anything ever as it is always complete regardless of any outer circumstances :)

Hi guys. Maybe someone can help me. I have such a connection. Going on for years .. I haven’t had contact with him in 2 years after our breakup and today I saw him with another woman . It hurt a lot and I am so angry. I was always convinced he feels the same way even if we are not together but I guess it’s a bit easier for him . It must be deep soul connection which you are aware of but not him. Or probably he is trying to forget you and move on so he won’t have to feel pain. Do your inner work , love yourself and don’t put any expectations. If he is meant for you he will return if not accept this as soul contract is over. Just focusing on you and your growth and send him unconditional love from your heart . Also love yourself enough to not dwell on past person who is with another woman

She means literally bending down, softening towards the Soul. Try to practice it, you will do it correctly. To me it’s always helpful to rewatch one of her videos as well.

I’m in the happy, blissful place right now of that, and I can say that it does bring so much peace. Not only feeling free from the pain, but also past mistakes and regrets. I used to be plagued by the thoughts running through my mind at all times in the day and even through the night. Now I fall into self and give my love and attention there. When I started this, I got clear signs that something true and powerful was happening for me. You just have to be quiet enough to hear and see them. 🩷
