Whaddaya mean, "The Ventriloquist's theme"?! There's only one head honcho that this here theme fits, and that's Scarface! Seriously, this fits Scarface FAR more than the Ventriloquist. Poor Arnold's a meek little nutcase.
he's got a new theme in the episode Double Talk in The New Adventures of Batman, it sounds like a bit like irish flutes, but I think it fits Arnold more than Scarface
The Ventriloquist to me is THE MOST mentally terrifying of Batman's rogues. Imagine trying to stop another psycho in their mad campaign to take over Gotham only to find it's a old school mob like organization ran by an Al Capone puppet who is given life by a man who is more the puppet than the puppeteer
This villain is interesting because wesker has the mind of a criminal tactician and could lead a mafia crime syndicate, however he is physically frail which he appears weak in front of his goons. Scarface is what a boss looks like and the goons follow. Btw, a wesker/ Scarface/ two face team up would be awesome for Batman to take on.
But keep in mind that scarface and wesker are two totally different personalities they can't survive without each other yet they think and act independently
@@jonjones487 Arnold freed himself of scarface several times and in the show he ended up gunning scarface down. In the batman 2004 he lived fine without scarface until strange intervened. usually he can unless he someone interferes and tries to awaken his urges

This may be Batman's hardest villain to pin down yet. It's a villain who constantly has a innocent hostage by his side at all times
Yeah, it’s interesting. Especially since he has the dissociative personally disorder. Surprisingly tragic for a goofy villain idea.
