The whole arc starting from Hiroki Totoki leading to Arabrab Nosetab was comedic perfection. Love yall
JP building within spitting distance of a cannibal camp was probably not the best to do if you want to be left alone.
Yeah there's a lot of mechanics in the game that I think JP just doesn't have the patience for.

Man yall blew my mind not having built in the first forest game. The base building with the traps was so much fun in that game. Sons unfortunately is a bit weaker in that regard.

I hope this one will not get auto-deleted by UA-cam. 2:13:50 The devs do care. The lead game dev for PoE 2 Jonathan Rogers has basically said that Last Epoch has forced them to adapt and one of the things they will implement in PoE 2 that the players thought they would never change is there will be instant buyouts with a gold tax on the buyer. Another one is respecs in PoE 2 will cost gold. Both things came from the recent interviews by Zizaran and Wudijo respectively. All in all, they have done quite a bit to improve new player onboarding. I firmly believe that the gem divorced from gear sockets revamp and no life on the passive tree made it easier to riff your own build and going in blind. Plus the new respec system, you can course correct yourself if either you're tanky but zdps or you're too 'glass-cannon'y. They said that there will be improvements on the passive tree like when you mouseover a node, there will be tooltips detailing it's impact on dps/defences.
I was thinking no life on the skill tree will make it harder to make up a decent build on the fly since in poe now you can be pretty safe with anything as long as you get some life nodes. Problem is new players don't know that, but once you know it's fairly easy to keep your build within reasonable bounds. I hope you're right and it just means nothing as important as life is on the tree so it ends up not mattering as much. I have high hopes for the cheaper respecs early.
@@arabrabnosetab It's not like life does not matter anymore; they say that it is balanced around not having life on tree, instead only on gear, so us old players will have to get used to it. There's an explanation by Mark/Neon on the removal of life from the tree in a post-Exilecon interview with Subtractem. As UA-cam really do not like me posting links, try googling 'subtractem poe 2 interview', it's the first UA-cam video link and the timestamp is on 23m45s.

getting all remembrances in elden ring can easily be done in around 25 hours or notably less depending on how good you are.

Think the best name for the riot fighting game i saw was Lethal Tempo, something thats in league and would tie to 2 games together and sounds cool for a fighting game
What Cohh is saying about skills on LE, and sounds cool, my brain just isn't trained to see that, at least yet, I see something in the skill tree that seems ok, I take it (currently just unlocked the mastery and went with Shaman) hoping a good and fun choice.

Ellipsises(?) can have a literary use like signalling a pause (to think about or waiting for something), or just not finishing a line of thought since it is obvoius and the reader should be an adult with a functioning brain. The people who just put one after half their sentences... hopefully just not adults yet.
Saw Balatro on here, found out it was going to be on PlayStation, I got it and love it. Still have not been victorious. But having fun losing.
Regarding the Enotria: The Last Song vs. ELDEN RING Shadow of the Erdtree release date talk at 09:34 where both solulslike RPG games releases on the same day, June 21:
The CEO of Jyamma Games (Enotria: The Last Song) has already said that they will move the release date, and announce the new release date during Future Game Show on March 21.
The actual quote is:
"We are perfectly aware that release on the same day as Elden Ring for us, as for any other game, would be suicidal." .. "On the 21st of March, during the Future Game Show, we will release our gameplay trailer, and on that occasion we will also let you know the new release date of our title. "
I wonder what they will do, cus many people don't have money to buy multiple games per month, and I'm betting most of their playerbase will play Elden Ring on June 21🤔
They might not have enough development time to push it up a full month and just a week would make the game a blip on the radar. But delaying it would make them an obvious comparison to Elden Ring, and they would also need to delay it so people are able to finish Elden Ring and have the time to get a new craving for soulslike RPG.
I personally think a two month distance from Elden Ring would be the best thing for this game, either move up or delay.
PoE2 doesn't have to have less skills etc. But if they cared about new players, they could do in-game guide - it's amazing in LE. You don't have to google anything. And they could do in-game loot filters. Etc etc. Making the game more approachable does not equal making it have less depth.

I hope they give Sons of the Forest another try together and play in a different location, think they unintentionally effd their start completely. The raids in the first game were super annoying until you *kinda get a hang of it, but yeah, the worst part of the game for sure.

Im with JP. Elipsis is just someone being a passive aggressive piece of garbage in a multiplayer game to me, forever scared by mmo culture. Elipsis is only ok if its part of a large portion of text or poetry.
