No madam they aren't Generals. They might be JCOs or COs like captain, major, etc. General is the utmost rank of Indian army. It's the second commanding rank.

Three serving colonels also are present at this batch on the parade ground whom are passout before 35 years ago, but still they are now at colonel rank ! why because after 3 decades of the service an officer is eligible to become alteast Major General Can someone explain me ?
