Whether the NDA is IMA, both are part of the Indian Army. The name of Instructor is earned by grinding the body excessively. So congratulations to the instructors of both the departments. You feel very proud to see your drill. Hopefully all of you instructors will continue to be a part of NDA and IMA and will continue to brighten the names of NDA and IMA by providing excellent training. Jai Hind.
Looking back..Drill instructors were responsible for transforming us from College kids to an Officer..most ruthless while in the Academy till we passed out.
Pakistani is winning 3 time international pace drill competition only because indian army is not participating.if in future indian army participate no country will able to beat Indian army in drill because indian army drill is the hardest drill in the world (jai hind 🇮🇳).

Good to see British drill and traditions flourishing in India, however, if they are going to do pace stick drill, you need to pace in slow and quick time more than just eight paces, with no changing sticks on the march, no carry sticks, and no grounding sticks, just some very, very long words of command for right turn!!

I wouldn't call that the British drill, look how they quick march, it looks like a hybrid of the British marching style and goose stepping.
