I accept that advocate should have knowledge about the case.
But the court date is allocated by the judge and all parties are compulsory to attend it. And advocate might not get time to understand the whole scenario.

मेज़र महोदया का स्वयं का केस है इसलिए फुर्ती दिखा रही है यदि जवान का कैसे होता तो यह मुंह में दही जमा करके अधिकारियों के पक्ष में खड़ी होती । यदि यह योग्य और ईमानदार है तो इसके कोर्ट मार्शल की नौबत क्यों आई ?
जिस यूनिट का सीओ इंसानियत वाला होता है, हकिकत को समझने वाला हो, दोनों की सुनकर, समझाने वाला, समझने वाला हो तो कभी किसी भी जवान का कोर्ट मार्शल नही हो सकता! मैडम अपनी जगह पर ठीक लगती है!

I m a NCC 'C'(air force wing)certificate holder.i knw how ladies join armed forces & police..... So evil side which I cannot say.if you have NCC'C' certificate you dnt hv to appear CDS written exam.
I dnt understand why govt.allows ladies to join army.their physical strengths r xtremely weak.a local goon can easily defeat 5 army & police ladies at a time in a physical fight when there is no law & order.without weapon they are nothing in front of men.they can easily do clerical jobs & they are not made for army & police.
90% lady officers in army & police heavily misutilize the law of land & take the side of ladies blindly to misutilize IPC sections 294,323,354,375,376,307,302,498-A.
Criminal law in India needs to be reformized so that no one can take advantage & govt.should appoint more judges to finish the case expeditiously.
