Oh man you're a miracle worker. Just what I need I could only do the basic one but after feeling how much it stretched my hips I now know why my right hip hurts sometimes it had like half of the flexibility then my left did.
Hi Kate, I stumbled upon your videos yesterday and have previously been doing Anna Mcnulty's strech routines and (I mean no offence to her at all I love her videos) I was wondering are her stretch routines really gonna help me get my splits and more flexible over all? I have seen some small improvements but nothing recently. I hope you answer this and every one who reads this has a good day.
Hey so when I do the PNF is pigeon I noticed it makes my lower back a little tender...I am assuming it's something to do with my posture but I am not sure what I am doing wrong exactly...any advice?
This girl thinks we are all sitting at home and can do all this . To me it looks like she is just showing off , anyone who can do this doesn’t need her .
Not really at all People that follow her are actively doing yoga everyday, they are into the practice and want flexibility and body mobility Or it's perverts...... Just sayin The first pose was absolutely advanced yoga Then she takes you back to beginner intermediate to work up to that... It takes weeks and months to get into advanced poses... 😊
