HOW TO MAKE
1 Add 1 cup of distilled (or filtered) water to container
2 Add 1 tsp of Coconut oil followed by 3 drops of Peppermint and 3 drops of Spearmint essential oil
3 Add ¼ tsp each of Himalayan pink salt, Baking soda and Xylitol
4 Now secure the lid, give it a shake and enjoy!
5 Use as you would any store-bought mouthwash
6 Be sure to give it a good shake prior to each use
7 Will keep for about a week in your medicine cabinet
