- At a young age, Bien Cuit owner Zachary Golper caught his first whiff of freshly baked sourdough bread, and ever since then, he’s been hooked. Here in Brooklyn, New York, he tackles smaller batch baking with long fermentation periods, which result in tangy-flavored breads and buttery almond croissants.

Croissants aux Amandes - I don’t know if I dig the fresh concept. Making them from unsold croissants seems right to me. Naturally had one when I visited Paris...it was tasty although quite sweet. Really enjoyed this Eat Seeker episode. Cool chef and nice looking bakery.
This is straight pornography! The pea tart and the almond croissant my GOD

cool video, bread looks yummy
He has almost a Japanese mentality about his work. I wish all Americans could be this way.
Great episode
I'd love to try a croissant from there.
you can just imagine the price of these artisanal bread lmao
Why dont this channel have more subs. Yall needa go to youtube and pull their head out they ass
These videos are great. There's just something about the "Take bite and nod head in approval" thing that gets repetitive and feels out of place. I don't think it's necessary to see someone take a bite out of the food being described to understand what the chef is talking about. It's different if you taste something and try to describe what you're tasting. "Take bite and nod head in approval" needs to get replaced with "Take bite and talk with chef about what you're tasting", or removed completely.
absolutely, Fork Yeah !
+Halio801 🤔 That is a very odd thing to complain about. There’s 3 shots of Chas taking a bite totaling ~10 seconds. How does that take away from the video?
Tosh T It's not just this video. It's a recurring theme that's present in all the videos in this series. And I agree, it's not that big of a deal; it's not ruining the video for anyone. Just something I noticed that seemed out of place. Offering a little constructive criticism.
+Halio801 OK so we agree that it's not a big deal. Serious question. How is it out of place?
Tosh T You obviously have a different opinion on the subject than I do. Lets leave it at that =P
So unhealthy. In particular the almond croissant
