PASTEL WATERCOLOR CAKE | LINDSAY THE FLOUR GIRL

This chocolate cake was filled with a strawberry reduction and covered in vanilla buttercream! 🍫🍓 Once the cake was stacked and crumb coated, I covered it in pastel colours. I froze the cake once I got all the colours on there so that when I smoothed it out, the colours wouldn’t blend as much!
Then I finished it off with some sprinkles, dragées, edible glitter, and candy. Tools used listed below👇🏼
