BTS CUPCAKE ORDER | THE FLOUR GIRL

Come along while I create this cupcake order! 🧁😍 A classic vanilla on vanilla flavour combination with full creative freedom. Here’s some tips:
🧁 Cupcake Batter: don’t overmix your batter! This will ensure they have a light and fluffy rise
🧁 Doneness: cupcakes are done when you insert a toothpick and it comes out clean or with a crumb (not wet batter!)
🧁 Cool: make sure cupcakes are fully cool before icing or your buttercream will melt 🫣
🧁Decorate: choose a colour scheme that allows each cupcake design to tie into each other
🧁Refrigeration: chill your finished designs so they set before your client picks up!

Agree - absolutely gorgeous decorating, but the cupcakes have sunk a bit! Perhaps they were over mixed or you opened the oven to check on them too early? So, so pretty though
