so I was looking into a lift kit 50mm. some other people were saying to go 50 front and 30 in back for a level look. did you use the same MM for both front and back and did it look level? I have a 2014 corolla
I did do the same front and back and I’m pretty sure I used 30mm spacers and yea it was perfectly level. With a lot of sledge hammer I got 29” tires
Im trying to put 28" Forceums on my '06 corolla but people keep saying my "steering geometry will be off". How bad does your steering wheel shake on paved roads? I plan on replacing coilovers and sway bars on top of lift kit and tires
The steering had no issues at all. The car was a granny car before I got it so it was well kept. I had more issues with the trans not likening the size of tire. Definitely didn’t like over 60 mph.
I am looking to fit 27s on a Toyota Avalon. It seems like your 29s bolted up just fine with the 1" spacer. Did you have any issues with the front tires rubbing the strut at all? Great videos! I am going to keep watching them!
The front tires were close to the stock struts but had plenty of clearance. I also went back and put coil-overs on the rolla and they were a smaller circumference then struts and gave a bunch more clearance on the tires. Minus the body.. I had to beat the crap out of the body to clear the 29’s. I’d love to see your Avalon when it’s done.

I did the same lift on my Corolla but running into cv axle issues. Did you have any problems after install?
That’s a bit strange.. but no the cv axles we’re fine, never had an issue.. the only issue I really had was the wheels were way to big and the transmission didn’t like that very much. It wouldn’t hold speed over 65mph and made the car gutless at the same. It sure did look cool though!

I bought both the wheel spacers and lift kit off Amazon! It was a 40mm lift spacers and 1” thick wheel spacers and I really only got those to adapt the Chevy 5 lug to a Toyota 5 lug. Thanks for watching hope you subscribed for the next one!
