Just a little tip for freezing ground meat. to maximize space flatten your meat in the freezer bag that way you can stack them.

I just recently found your channel and love this particular video. Meal prepping for the week is supposed to "work with your schedule". In my opinion, this was success. A home full of kids especially under 10 can get quite hectic. Good job!

Wondering why u don't cook your meat in instant and rice on stove? Or get a crockpot for meat
Love your videos thank you for sharing yourself and your family. Single person here (also Caribbean background so when i ate meat i too washed it, to "get rid of the 'rank'" - a must! But my favorite rice hack is adding a boullion cube to rice when I'm cooking it which gives a great flavoured rice, since i don't know how/ don't have a crew to cook rice and peas for and season like my mom did when i was a kid. 😊
Nice hack! A hack for seasoning the rice my mom would do is pour some of the "juice" from the chicken baking in the oven into the rice to add flavour 😋 I don't coordinate the timing of my cooking well enough to get that done properly lol

I used the accredited package just in case they wanted to transfer back into school which they did in the eldest last year of her school just to graduate with other children of her peers! Just a thought you may want to use chicken thighs in foil with vegetables easy clean up in oven at 400 then place it on top of cauliflower rice
