Bwautiful realistic home for most. I raised 3 in 750 sq ft with 1 bathroom and no dinningroom. My kids are grown and when we all chat about the house they actually remember it as big, lol. They were older teens when we moved. Im a toral advocate for children sharing rooms, its so good for them. Small homes keep families close.
I really enjoyed seeing what I consider realistic living. Like you said social media gives us this crazy depiction of houses with huge kitchen and ginormous living spaces. I have a small house that I love. I enjoy making my small space a home ❤️
Your house is adorable and I think you’re doing a fantastic job living in a small space with four children. So many people would say no way I could never live in that small of a space, that was me 😔. Like you I have decluttered so many things, and I feel so much better.
You'll be fine. I raised three children (so five of us) in a 750 sq ft home with three bedrooms, only one bath and a small eat-in kitchen. You just learn to have less, organize what you do have really well and use all your nooks and crannies in the house. I loved have my children sharing a bedroom. I think it gives them a great connection with all the bedtime giggles. Enjoy your new home!!,😊
I relate so so much! We’re a family of 4 in 900 square feet with no storage and outdoor space. I understand the feeling of being overwhelmed with the clutter and wanting more space. I’m ready to change my lifestyle but getting started is so difficult!
Your home is Adorable. My husband and I live in a 1,387 sg ft home, I often suggest that we downsize, but we really love our home and it works well for us.
Thank you for giving us a tour of your home - it's really lovely. I live in England where an average family home is quite a bit smaller than yours so to me it looks very spacious!
I really like your home. Most people’s homes look like you’re in a store, like hobby lobby. I like very little decor. Scripture or something, that serves as a storage item like a book shelf. We have a single wide mobile home. Not much storage come with these homes but we keep adding shelving and use baskets like you or a curtain on a spring rod works well. God bless your family 🙏🏼
Does your company visiting also take off their shoes at the door? I like the pantry door taken off. I did the same thing but I was thinking about putting on a very old rustic screen door on it. With the word PANTRY above it. Your home is nice.
Love your idea that sounds so cute! And I have a sign outside the front door politley asking people to take their shoes off. I just always hope they see it. 😅
@@sammersinthehouse thank you so much for sharing sweet lady 💖 you have an absolutely beautiful home. My boyfriend and I are in the process of purchasing a 345k home and it’s 2000 square feet, we have one 10 year old child and the home we purchased has a very odd layout. I’m feeling regretful tbh but I’m hoping we can love this home for the steep price we’re paying 🙏🏽
@ReeseCup45 I hope you love it too, I'm sure once you're in there and make it a home you will end up loving it for what it is! That's what happened for us. 🙂

The bathroom is cool and I love the farm animal rugs and window to keep an eye on the kids at the kitchen sink.
You have a beautiful home 🏡 everything you need for your family. Lovely big yard. ❤
I love seeing other big families in smaller spaces! We're about to downsize from 2000sqft to 950sqft as a family of 5 ☺Wishing you well!

I totally understand! It can be hard to find the extra time to declutter. Maybe start with just one small space at a time. :)
Really enjoyed watching your video, encouraging words of wisdom at the end!
Thank you so much ! I'm glad you liked it ❤😊

Smart is an understatement here. House is so cute and I bet you are saving a fortune. Kudos.

I love your house! It’s beautiful!!! 🤩
Thank you!! 😊
Long before McMansions families lived in small houses.
Very true!
In the UK most still do!!
I love having a smallish home because it’s what I can handle!
Totally agree 👍

Do you feel comfortable sharing how much the home was? If not that’s okay 🩷
@ReeseCup45 we got it last year for $250k 🙂
