Hello I have a question, when he started to hit the shuttles was he not changing his grip ? Because it seemed weird the way he was hitting the shuttles I am a bit confused about this, shouldn't he be keeping the v grip ?

Forehand lift, are you talking about lifting while you are at the front court, and trying to hit to the back?

Manav is still learning V grip, so its not perfect yet. Hopefully in future videos he will be alot better.
