I’d suggest a very good pair of unpolarized clip on sunglasses. Looking for traffic when you can’t see well is not a good situation. Enjoying your videos very much. Keep em coming 👍
Yes, I need to get a pair of good unpolarized sunglass with a bifocal set up. Its was a tough situation I was in, to see the traffic. I was in a smoke layer looking right in the sun. Could not see anything off to my right. As you saw in the video ATC had them, and I could see them on the fish finder to. Thanks for watching.
By the time ATC calls 2 to 3 o'clock, that plane 1 mile away has past you, you'll need to scan at 4 o'clock and work back to 3 o'clock and 2 o'clock quickly, to pick up that plane. 3 miles out, I sometimes see them, 2 miles out, much better, it's the stuff a mile out you need to pick up. Have that plexiglass canopy absolutely spotless and clean, if you know you are taking off and flying into the sun early in the morning.
Love your co-pilot there...I recognize him...he's been flying a long time.
He looks remarkably good for his age.
very nice!!!!
Thank you for posting these. Love them. Your plane is beautiful..
Thanks
