I want to try this business myself, have a couple potential investors and do not know what to value everything at? I have very little capitol to contribute on my end, I would be looking to buy a property in NC for land, and I'm guessing build a well for water? Not sure about electric I know some run off grid, but yeah any advice would help thankyou so much!
The partner arrangement is going to be different for everyone in every case so I wouldn’t want to throw numbers out there really but it was low six figures for 30% of of the revenue on a unit. I run everything though. If you don’t have much capital to use up front, I would look for somewhere you can help co host, do management, or just under study at first. You’ll learn a lot and be more attractive to investors to use
Would you consider coaching, mentoring or just having a discussion. I’m looking into getting into glamping sites and have questions. Good really use some pointers or just lessons learned.
