WATCH: Route 28 in Chantilly shut down after deadly crash

First responders are at the scene of a deadly crash involving a motorcycle that has shutdown northbound lanes of Route 28.

I see motorcycles..flying at high rates of speed..all the time going in and out of lanes..very dangerous..so I'm not surprised..
