I, as the owner of this phobia, can say that creepy faces are just a small addition to the videos, it is the depth and creatures from our world that you can see in life that are most frightening. It is precisely the proximity of this phobia to reality that is frightening...
Sorry but i cant understand your phobia, or better: i cant understand any phobia at all .
If you know the creatures are real and not imaginary, why fear them?
Death its a natural order of things, ( we dont live forever ) so if we are eaten or killed in the Ocean, another human babie takes our place, its the circle of life. Dude just chill and relax as long as you live
I am curious, does this phobia also apply to space? Like outer space? Or is it not being able to see what is beneath you that bothers you? If so does darkness or fog also produce similar? Would a bear walking up to you in the woods be the same as a shark swimming under you in the sea?
@@girlbuu9403yes, the idea being alone drifting in endless space far from anything is something that is scary, infact my fever dreams would always include having nothing to stand on in space!
Hope this helps
@@girlbuu9403what kind of phobia are we talking about here?, is it thalassophobia or megalophobia?, if so those phobias can be applied to anything wide, to anything big.
@@SimpToTheMax just a general question I have for why people fear the ocean so much. I admit it intimidates me, but I will still swim, I'd still get on a boat.
I imagine that what is scary about it might be different depending on the person. Vastness and lack of vision seem to be the two biggest. I think if space travel ever becomes common the people that fear the ocean for 'megalophobia' reasons would also have it triggered by that.
If it was fear of drowning I think it would be called aquaphobia, you'd be just as scared of lakes, rivers and swimming pools. Hydrophobia for water in general.
If it is the lack of being able to see what is under you though... like I said, would a bear in some foggy woods do it? Would crocodiles in a swamp? Darkness?
I just hear fear of the ocean and I wonder why specifically it.
It's incredible how we are finally able to capture nightmares on camera and put them on youtube. What a time to be alive.
I wonder where in the world they were able to capture that ugly ass giant face in the water. That would be a tourist hot spot
The giant head got old really fast tho. I’m scared of the more natural things like giant fish.
The giant head brought me comfort by just being human tho.
Nah the giant head was the worst for me 😱 Fish is a fish, it'll just eat you and that's it. I'm scared of creepy supernatural faces in the darkness because I don't know what does this thing want to do with me 💀
A fish even scary is natural and just a fish. A giant elder god in the ocean would upset the very foundation of our understanding of reality.
I don't know. I have thalaxophobia, but I'm not impressed or scared by a giant human being in the sea. What scares me is a colossal creature swimming at the bottom, capable of killing me with a heart attack just by swimming around me, it's a mix of talaxophobia and megalophobia, but at least for me, it only works in the ocean. , rivers and lakes, with colossal animals or unknown creatures.@@wittyjoker4631
The giant head reminds me of Attack on Titan
Same situation here 😢
Thank you for helping me find out the name of this phobia and for also showing me I definitely have it lol
You're welcome!😊
Hi sir nice to meet you
Who the fuck wouldn’t be scared of this?
@@zainzwerschke5484 true, people be putting labels on anything
@@violethill4454 on god 🤣
As someone who studying about animation,This make me appreciate how long they take to make 3d animation look as good as possible lol.
There’s nothing in this world that scares and creeps me out more than this
Yesterday and even today I cried, it was so scary...
2:13 Giant Anglerfish apparition was funny
2:48 When the hacker finds you on Sea of thieves
I love them all, especially the titan ones! 😍 Please make more titans in the ocean. They're amazing 👏
Thank you!❤️
You're a meme
I guess Mikasa needs learn to use water techniques now.
Imagine watching these with VR goggles...
Yowza yikes
nah hell nah
Это было бы круто
I don't have the actual phobia but these HUGE faces appearing from darkness are a HUGE NOPE for me... 😱😭😅
Bad idea to watch this early in the morning when you’re awake and haven’t showered yet … 😕 I know this now.
Weirdly, these are less frightening to me than just like cranes in abandoned quarries where you can only just see the top part above the water, or when somebody's swimming near a shipwreck and it suddenly starts to loom out of the murk of the ocean. Underwater titans are so far moved from reality it loops round into being okay. Though there was this one episode of Doctor Who that wasn't even meant to be frightening to children, which had some kind of deep sea fish thing with a massive eye, and I feel a bit sick just thinking about it. Urgh.
You mean like giant ship wrecks in the ocean I feel like that’d be so creepy to see any gigantic man-made objects looming in water is creepy
@@YTzaecaponetoo unrealistic to be creepy
This is one of the most horrifying things i have ever seen. That face. I have trouble closing my eyes in the shower cause i feel like the bottom of the tub will fall through into the ocean. Its 3am and this really scared me. Thank you for the adrenaline rush
Great video!!! The ocean is a creepy sight!! You never know what is in there!!
I’m about 12 seconds in and already literally screamed. This is extremely hard to sit through
2:36 I screamed, almost fell off my chair and even cried...
This is actually amazing! The animating is everything and it’s just a amazing creepy pasta to watch if you wan’t something scary!!😅 this channel is definitely one of my favourite channels!✨ And as a person with this phobia it’s so accurate! I’m also a massive fan of the shark crocodile!👁👄👁
I rarely get scared by horror movies, and when I do it’s for a very short moment. This 4 minute video freaked me out more times than any full-length movie ever has. I’ve always wanted a terrifying ocean horror movie to happen
I'm glad to hear that!
Simply terrifying. Amazing work. The giant person is gut wrenching 😱
This is pretty good. I would have loved to see a grotesque horror version. 😁👍
Omfg!!! This is probably one of the scariest thalassophobia videos I've ever seen. The big scary creepy looking faces and eyes that come out of nowhere made me jump really badly and move my phone away from my face. Oh my goodness!!! Awesome video setup though!!
Dude the scene with the polar lights and the flying whales was kinda sick 👌
0:08 I almost scream.. didn't expect that 😂
There's something about being in a helpless position while something ALIVE and large is fixated on me that terrifies me. Floating in an ocean with emptiness below me is scary enough. But add something in it that now wants to pursue me... Bad. Then make it hard to see that thing, worse. AND THEN, give me zero ways to escape. Just make my death instant and painless please.
Facts ❗️❗️❗️me and the BIG OCEAN dont go together😑😑😑😑 and these VIDEOS JUST MADE MY FEARS EVEN WORSE😵😵💫😵😵😵💫😵💫😵💫😵💫😵💫😬😬😬😬😬😬😬😬😬😬😬😬😬😬😬😬😬😬😬😬
All these shorts must have taken a long time to create - such high quality and well executed. Great work!!! Just subscribed!!!
Welcome to the family!❤️
high quality is... a word
I love this, feels so real 😱flying 🐋 so beautiful, giants creepy, feels like you really in the water, imagine watching this on a huge screen badass.
I have a projector projecting at a 100" and I also have surround sound. I played this video through it and almost shit myself lol
The dedication and hardwork spent for this amazing masterpiece 😶🔥💯
The one with the Meg and the mossosaurus would've been super cool if, at the end, when they're face to face they look in the camera's direction
You did such a great job with Wendigo vs Windigo...love to see you tackle a Nuckelavee...
Can't describe the feeling I had watching this... But It was surely a cool experience
I'm glad to hear that! 😊
Honestly got a little too farcical to frighten me beyond the jump scares. Not a complaint, it felt like one of those weird nightmares that doesn't scare so much as it unnerves. Where you don't totally realize you're dreaming but are aware on some level you are. Very neat.
That was so damn good and creepy, thank you for your effort! )
Witnessing a giant face emerge out of the ocean would be all sorts of terrifying
This is awesome, I'm terrified of the ocean and can't stop watching 😂
These are so good. I could watch them all day, eventhough they make me sick lol
❤️
Same. Are there any more channels that do work like this with loads to watch?
Those two big ones about to face off was pretty awesome, i wanted to see the whole fight
I think giant faces coming out of the water or terrifying creatures scare even people who don't suffer from this phobia :,D
3:23 Now I know how the cover of the album "nevermind" by nirvana was made 💀
Your stuff is incredible, I am truly amazed and inspired by your work new sub 👍
Thank you Andrew! I appreciate it!🙏🏼
The best video in its category ive seen so far.
Please make a short film out of these creatures esp. the freaky titans! 1000000/10 would pay to watch!! 🤩😍 fave 0:48
❤️Thank you! Are you following me on Instagram? I'll make an announcement soon!
@@ShortestBlockbusters I just did! Wow looking forward to your future projects 🥰 All the best!!
If this was real life everyone would be afraid no matter what even if they didn’t have thalassophobia. What really scares me in these animations is the unknown areas of the ocean and what really lies in there, like I could be a 5 meter deep pool but if it is pitch black down there I’m not swimming in it
So beautiful and frightening...would like to see an update of Chased By Monsters nighttime underwater "footage" of a Liopleurodon family feeding on a giant Leesichythes carcass ...
Made me jump about 10 times watching this! I'm going to have nightmares...
I find the giant creatures pretty funny but theres nothing in this world scarier to me then just drifting with nothing lost in the ocean 0:01 to 0:04 is a nightmare to me constantly fighting just to keep you head above water while you dont even know whats under you
2:41 would have been a great way to introduce the megalodon in 2018's the meg
These are amazing and terrifying. Thank you, and also, you've given me nightmare fuel
Thank you! I'm glad you like them!
This was like a cursed inception where like waking up from multiple nightmares.
My heart is racing!!
This animation lookz really like the game that I used to play in timezone, it's so good!!
These are so horrifying but I can't stop watching
That was more like an acid trip
respect to the cameraman for surviving these... 😎
That was so disturbing, and I don't even have this phobia. Good job
I've always had a fear of the sea or deep, dark waters. Mix it with the fear of nuclear war and waste, Godzilla is absolutely terrifying.
I could not imagine that MFer strolling out of the water and laying waste to cities. Especially Shin Godzilla.
Lol, sharks made me calmer 🫠
the mermaids feeding the giant corpses was great and could make for a great horror movie premise
I suffer from thalassophobia and can safely say that, at least in my case, it's not the monsters.
It's the entire ambience that causes me to panic.
I have to admit I love all these videos !
Glad you like them!
This is so entertaining to watch, great work!
Thank you! I'm glad you enjoy it!
I saw this of Facebook and i started looking for more videos like this and finally!!!!! More and moooore sir! 🔥🔥🔥
I'm glad you found me, Cindy! 😊
This is excellent for thalassophobia exposure therapy. Thanks.
Honestly this is better and scarier then anything Hollywood has done in years
The random baby swimming took me of guard 😂
I didn't always have this phobia. I used to love to swim in the ocean as a child. Then I took Marine Biology in high school and I learned about some of the terrifying things that lie in the abyssopelagic zone and the things that rely on bioluminescence because it's so dark you can't see your hand in front of your face. Some things don't even have eyes but they have TEETH. I learned about different types of things that can sting you and cause instant heart failure etc. I can go on boats/ships but even 15 years later, I can't physically be in ocean water. My feet can't even touch where the water meets the shoreline without having a huge panic attack.
Thank you for always blessing my feed
And thank you for blessing my comment section!❤️
Ohhhuuu God, I really love that part with the Mosasaurus against the Megalodon. Please make more with Mosasaurus‼️🙏🏾👍🏾🤗
What tf?!!! Someone has wayyyyytt too much time on their hands cause this shit is genuinely terrifying… that bald head skeletor merwitch had me f$$&@-d up.
Honestly i have 2 phobias, the phobia of hight and thalassofobia, i alr had thalassophobia as a kid and one time swimmimg (i was 10 years old) i saw a shark, then my thalassophia became 10x worse and im scared of the dept and sea creatures
Any one of these with the giant human in them makes me die laughing every time 😂
the humanoid ones make me wanna cry bro
Just the way the water looked on my phone, like you could drink it. Amazing animation😂😂
I love your originality, although I would love to see remakes of older films like Fantastic Planet, done this way.
Thank you!
I have thalassophobia and I have chills down my spine😮
That cameraman's the OPest character in the verse
i have thalassophobia but not phobias looking like that its like i have fear of whats under the ocean and of drowning
man this video reminds me of when i was like 10 and me and my friend were like let’s swim across this massive like trench kinda area in LAKE EERIE and my dad was like ok… uh sure so we did and that’s the second this fear started for me i was TERRRRIFIED the second i saw the black pit under me.
Awesome animations, I thought the helicopter floating above the ocean with the massive face rising to the surface was terrifying especially once it locked eyes with the person.
On the other hand the giant smiling face got old real fast.
You've definitely got a fixation on Voodoo faces 😂
I love swimming in clear water but for me it's not knowing when something is going to appear, big or small, and not knowing what that something will be and if it will hurt me or not. And even if I knew that something that could hurt me was getting closer, I couldn't get away as fast as on land because of the water restricting my movements. It's so deep and endless and unknown and we basically have no chance against it.
I dont have this phobia hence i enjoy the animations of it 😂❤ Really good work bro 👏
These feel like a fever dream. Like these are things your brain is like “You should be scared of this” but the way all the creatures move feels so off that it makes me feel more uncomfortable than outright scared.
Somewhere beyond the sea
She's there watching for me
If I could fly like birds on high
Then straight to her arms
I'd go sailing
Then there's me watching this at 11p right before I go to sleep👹💀💀
This probably hands down the creepiest depiction of the umibozu yet. Like who wouldn’t be creeped out by a giant wrinkly old Asian dude coming at you😂🤣
My fear is in the morning 4am when i take a bath with cold water every time i pour and close my eyes im seeing underwater creatures such as whales floating at my back.
dude you’re great at this
Thank you!🙏🏼
-0:27 homies were just kissing
Is this all AI? Or just done on the computer?
They’re amazing
Do you have any
backstorys for the characters?
You could easily make one of these 10 times more frightening by incorporating gore somehow. This really shook me though, too bad I only watched on my phone
"There's always a bigger fish."
-Abraham Lincoln, probably
Ok...
Now put on the BIG screen
OMFG,what a nice time... That was Really Really scary xD
My man bertholdt can really hold his breath.
Amazing work 👏 what software please do you use to make this great animation really inspired
He used alot lol.
Holy Smokes! Very well done!
Thank you!
This is freaking awesome!!!!!! I love your work!!! What software do you use if you don’t mind me asking?
I’ve seen your work on tik tok just happened to come across it on here
I am so terrified, damn this guy is good.
ffs I was not expecting the face to just pop up, you got me good
ok to be fair, the giant human faces anywhere in the dark would be terrifying
Nice that there’s some lore to the mermaids and giant head
