Fuse Omegas do not move around. At all. Superbly engineered product. I also have POC 2.0 knee pads. Extremely high quality, high protection.
I disagree about ankle supports...it's all in how tight you run them. But they can be used for regular use.
Gloves are not for impact protection, only abrasion protection.

does fuse omega worksfor light bmx riding?

@@SokoladoFabrikas I imagine they would but mine were too tight so I got rid of them. You can't go wrong with the Omegas as long as you're skinny. They really form fit like nothing else.
I'm older and don't think about what's for light riding. I always gear up. Mostly ride bowls. I use the POC mentioned and Fuse shinwhip pads. And cheap soccer elbow pads. Although when it's SUPER hot out I sometimes leave out the shinwhip pads.

@@supernoobsmith5718 got it, thanks mate. just wonder if alpha will work, since this series seems too "thin" for me if we talk about protection

@@SokoladoFabrikas The Alphas are inexpensive and I'm sure would be a great place to start. The Omega is a great pad but it doesn't have much side protection. But don't discount it's thinness because it is seriously high tech. It will protect, but only the main part of the knee. I'm sure you'd be good with the Alpha.

Shadow's shin pads are worthless, do not buy them. I got them they do not protect you from harder metal hits. I got many very bad bruises because I trusted them.

Go for Fuse Alpha pros, and knee pads that have plastic inside of them. If it comes to space brace you fill most likely find yourself replacing the hardened skin pads inside of them with something else.

I appreciate this content, but do not care about "don't wear ankle braces every time". I wear them every single time I ride and the peace of mind I have when riding and doing eg. tail whips or bike flips is worth so much.
