You and Omar are one of my favorite couples. Happy to see that you’ve started a channel. I’m happy to provide you some tips on how to make easy thumbnails if it helps. I didn’t know where to start when I started my channel so I thought offering was in order. 🙂 Thanks for sharing your recipes. Happy cooking.
I love Moroccan cuisine. I made this - marinated the lamb cubes overnight used olive oil infused with orange to brown lamb & served with tri colored couscous, pita triangles & cucumber salad. It's amazing! Great recipe, Thanks
I made this again for the second time. I blew out my power cooking it, but luckily it was WORTH IT! you can cook on the stove on low for the same time as the oven. I learned it the hard way! Sooooo gooood!
This looks amazing and I ❤️Lamb!! Great to see you cooking up a storm!!😍 Omar must be so happy to have a beautiful Wife who can cook amazing dishes!👏🏼💕🙏🏼
This looks absolutely delicious. You 2 are seriously perfect for each other. I am so happy you found each other ❤ wishing love and happiness for everyone else in the comment section
I was just on your other video talking about you two doing some cooking. And here I come across a video of you two cooking. Awesome I cannot wait to try this
Hello Avery! I am interested in this recipe and directions, could you please post it along with the different meat you can use as lamb is not in my area in Kansas. Also need the spices in the Morrocan Mirage Seasoning please/thank you.
Beef chunks work great for this recipe as well (: I would cook the beef about 4.5 hours just bc its a little tougher than lamb and you want it to melt in your mouth!
As a kid when my friends were watching Disney channel I was watching the food network and getting grounded for using the oven/stove in the middle of the night without my parents permission haha! luckily it all worked out and I learned a lot of different types of cuisine over time
MashaAllah looks great...huge adjustment after living in Jordan for ten years is lamb and goat you just can't find here like back home....I mean America is home but I always loved living in Jordan more...as and American revert the Middle East was/is far more excepting than USA.....anytime you are living overseas the first and most important thing is food food food,,,your depressed...lets eat....sad...lets eat..happy lets really eat....tired...you need to eat... mint is great....the vegetables, produce is all wonderful....I hated the conversation for kilos to pound back to kilos....lol....once I bought a kilo of mortadella......we were eating it with everything...... great thing about a multi national home is we have taco night....Palestinian night, American...Chinese.... Italian....but always baking brownies in Middle East is a big hit!!! keep up great work jazakallahkheir ps allspice is always necessary with arabic cooking plus basmati rice
May I suggest getting a tripod to put your phone on and angling it toward the stove? Sometimes it’s hard to see what your doing. But it looks so yummy! I wish you the best in all your endeavors.
What kind of yogurt do you use? Do you mind adding measurements to the description? I want to try it but want to make sure I use the right amount of ingredients. Thanks 😊
Where can I find mint leaves in the US? Ones for making tea? I had a friend from Morroco whose family used to send him some but he went back to Morocco. That looked amazing btw!!
I used a kilo of lamb, 2 tablespoons of seasoning teaspoon of salt teaspoon of pepper 1/2 teaspoon of Aleppo pepper! I used about 2.5-3 cups of beef broth and you can choose how much veggies you want in it (: for the marinate I used about 8 oz of unsweetened yogurt and about a tablespoon of mint.... the salad ill post in a different video
Can you start to name everything you use please as i saw in pot you had butter i think maybe minced garlic? Not sure but it looks so good. My friend is Muslim so i'm pretty sure she knows how to make this. Thank you!

Can do the same in a slow cooker. Add less liquid as the slow cooker creates moisture.

Depending on what stores you have near you , you can find fresh mint leaves in the vegetable sections or dried in the spice section
@@almamoon2900 is it about the same flavor?
It looked delicious without the broth! Omgosh! Id definitely leave iut the broth & serve over cauliflower minced up like rice.. Mmmmm
It would be helpful if you wrote the amounts and ingredients in the description along with the rice and salad recipe
