There is always risk associated with updating any component. This video merely shows the upgrade process as I was going through it, but I am taking no responsibility if something goes wrong and you have to take your car to the dealer to get it fixed.

Great video. Successful update was only possible with this video. Also used Video for Maps update. 2013 Audi S6 from original MMI and NAV (K0814 and 5.7.3) to (K0942_3 and 6.19.1). The lengthy instructions that come with the software SD cards will not do it. Only this Video did it for me. Thank you

After update of MMI and Maps I get the 03276 error code and 03623 on 5F Module. How we get rid of them in Adaption channel 15?

Im having issues downloading the file. I have Gb internet speed but the file is downloading at 100kb/s. Any solutions? Ive tried looking for the file elsewhere with no joy.

You can just have ignition on without engine running, as long as MMI does not shut down (which it should not with ignition on). If it shuts down in the middle of the update then this will be very messy situation that may result in a visit to the dealership.

My 2014 A6 with version HN+R_EU_AU_P0770 doesn't currently have maps. Can an update enable that? Also is it possible to get carplay working with may be an update & additional hardware?

To be honest I did not notice any difference but I needed to upgrade in order to upgrade maps

Mate l have the problem. l just updated my mmi and my bose system is not working properly...The rear speakers are much more louder then front...Any tips?

If I don't have Bose or bang and olfsen then I don't need green mode?
I believe Bose is standard and B&O is an option son you probably have one or the other.
How to get to the Green Mode???

Hello and thank you for your video. I updated the firmware (and bose sound system) following your video but after update there is problem with balance and fader in sound settings. Sound comes mostly from rear speakers and not much from front speakers. When I try to set it in fader and balance it just make rear speakers louder. Do you know what it should be the problem and how to solve it ?
That's exactly why I didn't upgrade Bose firmware cuz of people having issues. I think I've read somewhere that you can go through the process again and upgrade Bose only and it may fix it. I would do more research on it though.

Sorry man, I had to create premium acct on MEGA just to download them as they limit the transfers. After I upgraded MMI and tested I got rid of the files.
@@FelekPL so i got the links and i have accidentally deleted my maps before installing the MMI upgrade . is there any advice you can give me ? or tell me how to copy the files cause it doesnt work for me.
@@Ob26786 yeah, not sure about that. I think you still should be able to upgrade mmi and then load new maps
