- Straightforward episode, nice to have some simple shoot-outs.
Game Description:
Half-Life 2 is a 2004 first-person shooter (FPS) game developed and published by Valve Corporation. It was published for Windows on Valve's digital distribution service, Steam. Like the original Half-Life (1998), Half-Life 2 is played entirely from a first-person perspective, combining combat, puzzles, and storytelling. It adds features such as vehicles and physics-based gameplay. The player controls Gordon Freeman, who joins a resistance to liberate Earth from the Combine, a multidimensional alien empire.

Sorry if the half life community gets a little rabid sometimes, it’s the consequences of not getting a sequel in 18 years
LOL
Half Life 3 with be a tower defense trading card game
People posting thinly-veiled spoilers happens in every community, unfortunately. People like to flex their trivial knowledge of things even if it's at the expense of others. I guess knowing trivial things that others don't makes them feel special.

(SPOILERS FOR HL2 EPISODE 2)
You could say it's some... Unforseen Consequences
39:35 - "I need to find more rocket launcher ammo" - 2 seconds after driving right past the infinite-rockets ammo crate in the roadblock. 😂
Dude, going in reverse across the bridge to trigger the train so that you can outrun it was bigbrain. Never seen anyone use that strat before.
I'm still in shock...the amount of times I've died to that frigging train.
It’s because Valve forgot to limit the backwards speed of the buggy when boosting
I did that when I played the game for the first time when it came out... I thought it's the most logical way.
I saw the help popup after the train horn went up that shift is turbo and played chicken with the train. It worked on my first try somehow. But on later playthroughs I always died a couple of times.
The actual way you're intended to play that part is to play chicken with the train and keep driving forward until you can pull out to the left ahead shortly before the train hits you. Unfortunately most players just back up to avoid it, instead. It doesn't help that Valve also unintentionally borked that sequence with an engine update at some point that made it impossible to properly outrun the train for the longest time afterward, but I believe that's since been fixed.
In my first experience with the rockets I didn't catch the whole Lazer steering part and fired a rocket at the gun ship expecting it to go straight and then I turned around, looked down and ran. The rocket then landed right at my feet destroying me instantly.
Fun fact, the "badass crane operator music" only played on the third time you entered it because of an oversight on the level designer's part. It only plays if you walk into it, not if you enter it using the use key the way you did the first two times.
Also, the people who said you weren't playing on Hard mode because of the charger values were confusing HL2's skill settings with HL1's skill settings. The amount of charge they have depends on the difficulty in HL1, but in HL2 they have the same amount regardless of difficulty.
That's odd. It usually plays first time for me.
@@TomEyeTheSFMguy You must usually not enter it using the use key, then.
@@Owlet7 maybe. I don't fully remember.
the alt-fire for the assault rifle gun was one of the last things added in development. it was added like a few weeks before shipping and it had the model of a watermelon until the energy ball look was made
If I remember right,
The devs were trying really hard to get *something* for it’s alt fire, and just couldn’t figure out what they wanted,
They saw the people working on the energy balls for and just kinda stole ‘em right?
17:50 if you leave your car alone (out of sight), then come back, a seagull will have appeared and shat on the buggy. You can even wash it off by driving it partially into the water
Absolutely loving your playthrough, man. Very glad you're having fun, and it's awesome to see you analyze the story as it progresses. Always look forward to a new episode!
You're the first person I see who immediately knows what the thumpers are for, most people turn them off because they think they're doing the opposite of what they do
I got the sense people in the comments spoiled it for him. Not saying it's not possible he figured it out though.
Subnautica Below Zero, a game he played on this channel a few months back had thumpers too
This is the first tine I hear sonething like that... in my time it was quite obvious what they are for.
I did not even notice that the thumpers in Highway 17 had a button on them allowing to turn them off on my first playthrough, not sure if he noticed either. But if you just sit next to them and watch the antlions, its pretty obvious what they do.
lol, the rebel guy, Leon, said "make use of the thumpers", and it seemed fairly intuitive. Don't think anyone in the comments said "Use the thumpers Doruk!"
47:26 Here I am yelling at my monitor... "Go UP there!!"
There was a crossbow up there and a fun challenge, but you found another
Ikr? He's looking behind every low res rock, but skipped a landmark. That weapon reveal was one of my favorite parts of the game.
@@toohardtowatch True story. There were two supply creates I ran past for over 12 years, In FULL view. Not even hidden. I saw them on a play thru and was like WTF!, so I get it.
At 12:38 you got stuck against the wall while falling down. The game keeps increasing your acceleration downwards until you touch the floor, so when you finally got unstuck, it slammed you into the ground with the force equivalent to if you had been in freefall.
Is that really it? I assumed he got hit by a heavy object moving at high speed. Although come to think of it, the poison zombies don't throw things, do they? Hmm...
I think the "thumper" devices you see a lot in sci-fi is a reference to Dune where they use them to attract the worms, pretty sure that's where the concept originated from.
It's actually sort-of the same here. Antlions are attracted to smaller vibrations like walking on sand, but the Thumpers are so large that the vibration is deafening/painful.
Interesting fact about N.L.O, on top of the watchtower were the citizen gets knocked off, there's a radio prop. The citizen actually needs that prop to start the alarm and if you remove it the alarm won't start.
There's also a strange screech that (i think) the radio is supposed to make if shot down by the gunship, but it might also happen if the person on the tower dies
Yes!! I look forward to every video.
i love how he casually goes around the other way than most people and goes through some buildings backwards but due to how awesome the game is it just works out great and the combat sequence is unique and interesting. like making that shotgunner engage hopelessly at long range kinda was funny. the game just works for every play style. and NO GODDAMN SPOILERS JUST LET HIM FRIGGING PLAY
That gunship near the car pile with the Rocket crate after the crane apparently has a couple of different ways it can crash.
Modt of the time though it just explodes unceremoniously over the sea, but there's a rare instance in where it does get in your way like what happened here and this is apparently a rare occurance.
---
Combine Soldier Grenades.
So they're a bit different than yours because they take longer to explode, you can note the difference because of the beeps the grenade makes, yours do 5 beeps while theirs do 7.
This allows you to pick them up and throw the back to sender. It's risky but it's ammo conservation tip if need be.
---
You can actually play Chicken with the train. If you rev up at the precise moment you actually run past parked train and into safety before you get run over by the active train.
The crash over the cars isn't rare, in fact the devs modified it's flight path to make it more likely to happen.
This was my personal favorite chapter of the game and made for a very fun watch!
I don't think I really have anything to note here that hasn't been noted by other people elsewhere, but the one thing I'll add onto is that the crossbow introduction you missed has a bit more to it than some people have said. You pick up the crossbow on the hill with a direct line of sight to the soldier posted on the billboard, which gives you an ideal opportunity to not just snipe the soldier, but also observe some of the new mechanical details that the HL2 crossbow has over the simpler HL1 crossbow. As you did end up seeing later on, the crossbow bolts have the ability to pin the ragdolls of the enemies they kill to any surface that is immediately behind them. When you snipe the soldier on the billboard, the bolt pins him to it as the bottom support he's standing on falls away. There are one or two more intricacies to the crossbow as well, but I'll let those explain themselves as you play further if you've missed them thus far.
Looking forward to the next part as always. Cheers!
3:00 triage at dawn. one of the best music pieces of HL2
So cool to see new people pick up on it. Such a short song but so damn impactful.
It's good but a little overrated tbh
**cough** dark interval
To me it defines the emotion 'quiet melancholy'.
Slow Light
1:26 aww, this was a G-Man sighting. had he just crouched instead of recapped :( ah well
To be fair, that is one of the more easier to miss sightings. I've very rarely seen people experience it on their first playthrough.
It’s nice to recap sometimes
The one little crowbar tap on the combine soldier at 30:05 is how Gordon Freeman acts in my headcanon.
@41:00 sigh.. the game tells you several times they're STEERABLE rockets , you can guide them... if the ship shoots anything in front, use your mouse to make the rocket go sideways and hit the shit from the sides or the back.... easiest is to make small figure 8 or infinite sign with your mouse, while you're gradually bringing the rocket towards the ship, it makes the rocket spiral towards the enemy - the constant wiggling forces the ship to recalculate where to aim all the time so it won't shoot the rocket down.
47:25 hey you accidently missed a new weapon, they were gonna give you the crossbow like in the first game, its not your fault cuz I see your game is running at a high fps and you got used to just clearing the roads with your car wich is normally not possible, you can see in the gunship battle at the highway you only found out latter about the rockets supply as well, these little segments were designed to have you step out of the buggy to clear the way and eventually explore, I think you dont need to worry about it cuz I guess there might be another oportunity in wich you may have the crossbow again.
i am kinda fascinated by this phenomenon. do people actually watch the video? you are not a bot right? if i would come to your house and watch it there it would be the exact same video that i watched right? i know i am not crazy. maybe you left this comment on a clip, this newfangled yt feature and it put your comment straight here?
@steffankaizer uhhh dude do you really need to be this rude just because I commented before finishing it? I mean sure, since he found an other crossbow this just becomes a useless nitpick, but my point about his fps messing up the game still stands
Didn't realize that was a high framerate issue. I was wondering why he was able to move the cars with the buggy so easily. I played the game my first time on a crappy laptop many years ago and never bothered trying to move the cars with the buggy again afterwards, so I guess it makes sense that's something affected by high framerate I would've never really picked up on, myself. Shame they didn't patch that in the anniversary update.
@@JuanGamer0202 i just thought reality was dissolving or i was living in a simulation or something but i sure am glad to find out that you are just weird.
@@The_Smegma_Mastermind yeah I also instantly noticed the problem since I also first played it in a laptop and also couldnt just push stuff around xdd
You getting those shotgunners with suboptimal weapons is so funny and badass lol 😭
I always found the Gunships rather cute, they look like silly alien Whales lol
I think gordon has been awake for 4 days now at this point, if you think about it.... He was awake for 3 days in HL1 and then gman puts him into stasis for 20 years, maybe he slept in there or something but I think in gordon's pov it was an instant for him after he killed nihalanth and took the deal.
Crazy crowbar man slaughters thousands
@@Firestarter1337 high on enough morphine to kill half of the resistance
Nah, that's Entropy Zero's Bad Cop.
Half Life and Half Life 2 are set over several days but each takes less than a day to play through, so I think it's fair to assume that somewhere in there Gordon has some power naps and eats from vending machines or roasts up a headcrab or something for sustenance, but the games abstract it away.
13:58 The gunships were actually shooting your rockets down, which was actually something Cubbage tried to warn you about. You are supposed to shoot the rocket behind the front and then guide them in from behind.
I've been really enjoying your playthrough. Excited every time I see a new upload, lol.
Not finding the original crossbow nest (47:20), and not racing the train to the exit with the boost (shift key), I hope he goes back and does those "properly" at some point
I see you have already figured out that the game implies that the hosts of headcrab zombies are conscious while the headcrab does all of its thingys, I dont know if you considered this fact after your discovery in Ravenholm but by killing these zombies you are putting these people out of their misery, wich brings a lot of moral questions to the thing. Also, when killing a poisonous headcrab zombie you can hear the host gigle, as if he was happy that his suffering finally came to an end, considering these guys carry up to 5 of these things in his back leaving the spine exposed. That is why I love the half life as a franchise, the world building and its lore are enough to keep me up at night
1:27 If you had ducked you would have seen g-man
as someone who had their beginnings in Counter-Strike, it's quite entertaining to watch someone only using the mouse wheel and not the number keys. Fun watch as always
Oh dear god he missed the crossbow
Edit: he found a later one
I recommend going deeper in the water, it's going to be refreshing. But who knows what may live there now...
I don't remember if it's brought up anywhere else in the game or not, so I won't go into the "why" - but every other body of water you've encountered has also been lowered just as much as the ocean has
Thought I've seen everything, until you reversed to trigger the train and then waited for it to pass. Lowkey galaxy brain move.
We can only get a first experience of this game once. That's why I watch these playtroughs AND why we shouldn't spoil anything. One thing I may relay to Doruk is to stay of the f*cking sand in the next chapter. Also considering first mentioned, take it slowly buddy. Make sure you take in the dialogue as the story refers back to past events even in the expansions.
Have fun!
12:39 Gordon Freeman had a heart attack
But actually you landed perfectly between a wall and a prop and the game thought you were continuously gaining momentum by falling until you slid far enough to push the box away and collide with a flat surface. The physics are amazing but can definitely be a little jank lol
That was such an elegant solution to playing chicken with the train... holy cow
24:53 Lol that was some Skyrim guard being taken out by a dragon shit.
Just a little tip - when the combine throw grenades you can use the gravity gun to pick them up and throw them back at them!
This is my favorite chapter in half-life 2 and I have to agree I'd love to live in that house too.
Good episode. I was worried you'd just drive by the first rocket stash and not kill the gunship lol. The cars are meant to stop you and make you explore a bit.
The crane song is from the first game. It plays after launching the missile.
I admit, some sick part of me was rooting for the car being just slightly out of reach of the crane. I'm glad you eventually experimented and improved on your anti-gunship rocket wiggle strats
the beta was super interesting and after you finish the game and its episodes i recommend looking into it. like for some non-spoiler examples city-17 was originally based off of chicago as a reference and had you going between skyscrapers in the early game on your way to kleiners lab. theres was a cut section where you were on a plane that crashed into a sky scraper (given this was during 2001 this was in development its easy to see why that was cut) called “vertigo”. A major plot element was completely cut being the air exchange which was replacing earths atmosphere with that of the same make of the combines planet so everyone was in gas masks. (tbh that may be why the combine soldiers are in gas masks as a remainder of that). Really interesting stuff!
Try picking up the grenades thrown by soldiers with your gravity gun, and toss them back. It’s really fun. There’s a reason why they have that intensifying ticking sound and the red light.
The combine’s grenades that they throw are physics objects, so you can pick them up and throw them back! Or you can use the gravity gun, same with your own grenades
You can throw back the combine soldier granade with the Gravity gun or with E and mouse 1, just have to be quick.
About the rockets being shut down. you actually have to prevent the gunship from shooting your rocket. you were firing it and trying to do a hit in a straight line. you actually just need to move your mouse in circles and boom. idk if it was understable 😅
In the last episode when you saw the journals about "earths surrender" you made some comments about why are the combine here, not gonna spoil it for you but some of your comments were really on track
46:55 playgrounds used to have quite a few tires here, maybe less so now with prefab equipment being cheaper (they used to be made by local handyfolk instead, when I was little). I've not seen a tire swing more than maybe once in my life, though, They tended to use a normal wooden plank. There were old tires used as bumpers for seesaws, a quick solution for some safety padding, and part of the climbing thingies (so, like you'd have bars, planks, the little plastic rock-climbing things, and a tire sometimes to swing from).
Idk, maybe other places have less of an affinity for tires. My neighbour has planters made of tires, they actually look pretty good for being made out of trash. And I just remembered I have to get rid of some tires... y'know what, you might be onto something
47:25 kinda sad you missed the first crossbow up this hill on the right here. but i guess it's fine since you still got one. One reason why it was nice gettng the crossbow on that hill, is because you can "test" it on the combine by the billboard here 48:00
41:10
You’re supposed to bob and weave the rocket around, until it connects,
I believe the most effective method is circling in on the target with it!
51:10 At this gas tank on the left side you can find few supply crates, and a bit of a lore too. Its some pictures that can explain few things.
Dude the moment you said "I just don't have the rocket launcher ammo to destroy that thing." and you slowly turn to look at the infinite ammo box right next to you was SUPREMELY comical. Also shoutout to you for figuring out how to maneuver the rockets and that Reversing into the train tracks moment? Incredible.
More Grav Gun stuff:
You can also use the Gravity Gun's punt (lmb) on antlions for a stun (and super low damage, basically nonlethal unless you want to be shooting them for like 2 minutes each lol). It exposes their underside which as far as I know does more damage but I'm not sure. The stun itself can sometimes be more useful.
I would have loved if you discovered this yourself but it's too useful, especially playing on Hard: With the Gravity gun but you can chuck nades back or punt them away with the gravity gun. I'm not sure if it resets the fuse but Grenades in this game take a relatively long time to explode anyway. (Technically you can also chuck grenades back with a normal pickup but it's more fun with nades).
Sometimes you might find objects or supplies out of reach so don't forget you can just use (rmb) to drag them to you with the gravity gun assuming they're in range.
NOTE: Antlions specifically have an infinite spawn yes and as far as I know are the only ones that have that mechanic, anything else I say is a spoiler not just for the rest of the game but for the two episodic games too.
I don't think that shooting underneath the antlions does any more damage.
Great video as always
At one moment under the bridge, you had progressed quite well and stopped.before going again in the middle onto some dangerous beams .
And I was like "that s where you save. Save. Saaaaaaaaaaaav"
And you fell
40:35 looney tunes timing 😭
btw idk if you figured out but you gotta bob and weave the rockets a bit to confuse the gunship cause otherwise they get shot down
In the beta, the combine had giant facilities that were draining the earth of its water and resources and sending it off planet to another dimension.
will u be playing the episodes? I hope so
Oh, of course he will. He played the HL1 expansions, and the Episodes are more significant entries in the series than those.
i'd like to see the gravity gun grenade throwbacks happening a lil more.
7:19 "Can I flip this like a..." Warthog?
fun fact: the sniper has no model, the game spawns a combine soldier model when a sniper dies.
When fighting gunships try to loop the rocket round in circles and hit it in it's blindspot. if you fire rockets into its line of fire it will try to shoot them down every time.
we proud of tire swings comrade
There's mod that adds subtitles to the combine radio chatter and announcements btw.
And please, try using the gravity gun more. Its loads of fun and very efficient when you get the hang of it. Practically anything is ammo and so hilarious when you can kill a trained soldier with a mattress or a watermelon 😂
If I'm not mistaken, you can beat the game with just the gravity gun.
Have fun! Really enjoying your playthrough 🔥
I think he's using the gravity gun plenty, to be honest. I'd argue that outright ignoring the rest of his arsenal would be just as much of a "wrong" way to play as ignoring the gravity gun.
@@The_Smegma_Mastermind No such thing as wrong way to play, except if you're not having fun.
I guess its just me as I don't count zombie kills; I think he had just 2 instances against soldiers, with a roller mine and a radiator.
It's just when you play a game for the first time, you definitely should play it the way the devs intended. In this case that means a balanced use of the whole arsenal. Almost everyone either ignores or uses the gravity gun exclusively.
Ah, why is it so hard for people to find balance...
@ Agreed.
I don’t know if you comment on it,
But the Buggy is actually slow!
Faster than your walking speed, yes,
But it only goes about 20-30mph, or else creating these levels (which already took years) would take a lot longer, the speed was remedied with the intense engine sounds, making you feel like you are going faster, as a placebo!
Also, the reason why the ramps work at such a low speed is the game actually turns off gravity for the buggy when you use one, and will slowly put it back in to make an ark, like if you were actually doing a jump!
Hey doruk :v i was the gurl who said about the charger, my bad, i messed up with HL1 Skill settings, but hey heres some good advice: try using your gravity gun on grenades!
getting put in stasis in not akin to sleep its a time freeze, as soon as Gman put Gordon in stasis in HL1 a second later he was put in the train heading to city 17.
You can drop a grenade with right click, press G to bring up the gravity gun, pick up and then launch the grande before it explodes. It even works with the E key

DRG mentioned! FOR ROCK AND STONE!!!
ROCK AND STONE FOREVER
for next chapter, next npc you encounter, listen to what he says btw
10:25 yeah it's a bit unfortunate the GG does make the crowbar pretty much obsolete. Same with the pistol and the submachine gun, since the pistol isn't super accurate anymore there is really no reason to use it once you get the SMG since it still uses the same ammo.
"I guess it's just a place to pick up the crossbow." lol, it's one of the places I guess.
Good thing you played after the anniversary update for HL2, because the ground at 1:52 did not had any grass for years lol.
Spoilers, and telling what will happen in the game are one thing, but explaining lore that the game never mentions is not a spoiler.
Like the game never tells you why the ocean levels are lower.
There is a remix called Triage at Dawn Path of Borealis that you must listen, it's so good.
Funny you mention that little spot on the bridge house, I've spent quite some time in VR just enjoying the view there.
The suit chargers only give you less energy in HL1, HL2 always gave you more, with a few exceptions like the charger in Kleiner's lab at the beginning of the game that gives you like 20.
if the game never mentions it, it's not really lore
That remix of Triage at Dawn you're referring isn't called Path of Borealis. That's a fake name a fan gave the track many years ago while trying to pass it off as part of a larger fake "HL2 leak soundtrack."
The real name of that remix is That Long Train Ride, and it was made by DJ Dain.
Regarding thumpers: Thumpers were used in Dune (1965) to attract the giant sandworms (by thumping the sand, as we see here). I suspect the media trope originates from there, although it may go further back? (And yeah, I've seen it used a few places since, to either attract or repel the animals).
Dune probably got it from worm "grunting" (if you vibrate soil by thumping it or scraping some kind of stick stuck into the ground worms will come to the surface).
I'm suprised Gordon doesn't have severe PTSD by now after both these gamss
Surprised he doesn't have stage 5 cancer
Of every type of cancer
Gordon was Balls deep in radiation
He ain't having kids nor a ling life spannn
If you want one of the only in-game hints about why the Combine is on Earth - you were very on track with the position of the shoreline, sea level and the buildings.
Some more development insights from the beta as fun facts: Originally, the coastline was to occur much later in the game, and instead the ravenholm mines would have taken you out into arguably the largest and most popular chapter idea from the beta that got scrapped: The Wasteland. The Wasteland was meant to be a huge open area filled with all sorts of Xen Flora and Fauna, as well as combine units meant for the wasteland, most of which have been cut from the game also.
The sheer amount of content and ideas from the beta that got scrapped or reworked into other things is genuinely staggering. There's actually been many attempts to create fanmods that restore or reimagine the beta in different ways, and honestly, one that i'd gladly recommend to possibly try once you are done with all the actual half life stuff, is a mod called "Raising the bar Redux"
Raising the Bar: Redux is an awful way to get acquainted with the Half-Life 2 Beta, imo. And there's good reason many people within the deeper Half-Life cut content community feel the same way. That mod tries _way_ too hard to be different purely for the sake of being different and doing its own thing instead of actually sticking at all closely to the source material, which is what most people are actually interested in to begin with.
For anyone looking to get into the Half-Life 2 Beta, I instead suggest starting by looking at the actual awesome Raising the Bar book that Valve themselves published, and then going on to look into the 2003 leak and the far more accurate restoration content that the community has made for it. There are mods for the 2003 leak that faithfully fix or fully restore entire chapters, such as the excellent Borealis Mod.
@@The_Smegma_Mastermind There's a reason why i use the word Reimagine and not perfect recreation....
@ Yeah, but for people who are seeking to introduce themselves to or educate themselves on something new to them, it's never really a good idea to recommend a reimagining of it to them as their first exposure to it. You'd be painting their first impression of it with an experience that's going out of its way to be different from actually experiencing the thing in question.
Just FYI, the bridge crossing marks the game's halfway point.
i didnt know we'd be getting forza gameplay! lol great video as always
People talking about the music reminds me: there's a cut track called "Combine Harvester", but it's included in the official OST. It's pretty cool

@@kevinlockwood1434 It's giving Imperial March vibes.
1:07 Yes, you can pin people with Rebar Crossbow.
47:24 if you went up to the right you'd get the crossbow a bit earlier
Yes, we’ve had vehicle segment, but what about second vehicle segment?
I don't think he knows about second vehicle segment.
Since you mentioned people should not be too eager to explain everything in the comments
I got bad news for ya cuz literally every person who i have ever watched play HL for the first time had people do that that (Half life fans are just like that)
My brother in Christ, it's not a jet ski. Where's the jet? It's a fan boat (or just an air boat). You propel it with a fan. I promise, they're real and that's what you call them.
Fun fact: in early versions it WAS a jetsky
So some people have already pointed this out, but part of why you are missing some important things (like the rockets in the van for instance) is because your frame rate is too high. This games physics get wonky with higher framerates, so you're just driving through the roadblocks instead of them being a wall you need to clear with your gravity gun. I'd suggest limiting it to 60 or so in the settings or through whatever driver software you may have that allows that kind of adjustment.
When your'e done playing the games you could always watch the two documentaries about the half life development by valve. (even though im sure people already have suggested this)
Loving this series !!!!
I'm pretty sure theres like an addon to put subtitles whenever a Combine speaks, just leaving that there if you are interested in their radio chatter
This is the other best chapter besides We don't go to Ravenholm
Fun fact: in early.development they wanted to use the ichthyosaur (beeg feesh) to not let the player swim off the map, but playtesters always tried to kill it so the ichy was replaced by the only other aquatic hl1 enemy, the leech.
(It looks more like a fish tbh)
Difficulty & Charger correlation is in HL1 & Expansions. In HL2 was a bug when difficulty resets to easy after the game restarting. Maybe it was fixed.
pro tip.. combine pulse rifle is best weapon for combaine soldiers in general. shotgun is best for zombie and fast one.
If you liked the 'Winston's been hit song' which is caller triage at dawn, you will love an alternate version of this song by Morch Kovalski. Another good one is called 'Path of Borealis' which is the longer version of Triage at Dawn.
There is no "longer version of Triage at Dawn." What you're referring to is a remix of the track called That Long Train Ride, made by DJ Dain. Path of Borealis is a fake name a fan gave the track many years ago while trying to pass it off as part of a larger fake "HL2 leak soundtrack." Long-standing misinformation.
You can charge up the Tau cannon
You need to bob the missile around a bit before hitting the Gunship so the rocket doesnt get shot down
