Thank you for speaking to that experience of the world being a felt sense. We experience things first and foremost in our bodies. Our memories are comprised of sensations, smells, tastes and images. We are integrated beings and our bodies need our care. One of my biggest complaints in the standard fitness industry is that although we are "health- focused", we still tend to see the body as something to conquer, whip into shape; subdue. We PUSH THROUGH the pain, say things like "it kicked my ass!" or "I was sore for four days!"... as though these are the hallmarks of a good workout
Haha cool! Even through the toughest workouts, I'm still smiling & laughing (probably also swearing too tbh 😅) because I'm grateful to be moving & at play ✌🏽
Loved this one, definitely felt my shoulders burning. I went from having a stiff back to hearing it crack a couple times during the soft movements at the end! Thank you again Kellen
I found this video when I was in the park, so I improvised with a branch for a strap and my keys for a tennis ball. And I enjoyed it soooo much. You're a precious resource in my life!
Really enjoyed this! Happy I finally made the time join one of your videos... Reminds me of Ecstatic Dance and exploring movement. Just fun to play! Thank you!
Really love this practice making connections to my body with balance and mobility thank you Kellen appreciate you see next work out keep up the great work see you
This was the perfect way to start my day. I was really challenged by the balance/tennis ball activity. Never would have thought to practice that! Thank you, Kellen!
so been trying a few and have been having balance issues really bad so was starting to think I could not do this, but today I got one of you can do Emails to this link and you're right I could I did most of it. my arms had to rest more, but I am very out of sharp and I could do it all in one way or another. Even doing in a small amount made me feel awesome and redunded my back and shoulder pain.
Aye! So glad you found the channel, Lindsey! I hope these videos inspire you to move like you. Some of the movements are bit tricky but it all gets better & better the longer you practice. Keep on flowin' and reach out on Instagram if you ever have questions 🙏🏽
I wish that I could like your videos every time I watch them. I appreciate the reminders to breathe, especially during the balancing. Thanks again. Btw does it help the algorithm get your videos noticed by more people if I comment every time I watch it? 😅
Revisiting this fun practice again! TBH, I wasn't quite into the balance and mobility the first few times, but I'm getting there! That's happened quite a few times in my MPL adventures, where I ended up liking the movements I dreaded at first!
Hi there Kellen 😊 that starting sculpt massage reminds my my daily qigong snacks of movement 🦋 and playing wit tennis balls is funny and challenging as well 😄 thanks for sharing your creative approach to Life 🙏 vibes for you my dear 🤍🪷
Yes, that is a nice variation. I do find that mindfulness then becomes more about the block and less about the body. There's value in both. Feeling the nuances of the mechanics without an object. Then adding an object like a block or a ball for different variables / more play.🤘🏽
It was really amazing and perfect. Please make more videos. I like your videos a lot.
Best mobility coach here and best way to start the day!!!
Appreciate you, brother!! 🙏🏾🤍 Stay weird & keep on flowing🤘🏽✨

On that plate shoulder mobility exercise if you hold a yoga block and do it you have to be more mindful.
