The number one free thing I did to reduce the facial droop is eat low carb and dump that excess water in the face. So helpful. Be careful who you believe on UA-cam. There is one who continuously talks about a few devices. I posted that a device that his 41-42 Celsius burns fat with the NIH article was removed. I tried again without the article - removed. She said that there are no side effects as the device turns off in time (different wording). In order for the device to do its job it’s has to emit light/heat through fat to reach this “SMA” part which is underneath the fat. Again removed. Thanks for your honesty Doc!
When I go to my esthetician, I'm going to write down everything you've touched on regarding my own concerns. I have fat loss in my face with high cheekbones and it looks very strange. Your channel is the BEST! 🙂
@dranilrajani Hello when microneedling can you prematurely burn out your skin's ability to rejuvenate itself if continuously using microneedling over time? Let's say you start at 25 and continue up until you're 45. At some point after that 20 years of microneedling will your skin no longer be able to heal itself because of continuous small abrasions?
I agree with everything you said. Even young people can have folds in their face-I've seen it myself. The key difference, as you pointed out in your video, is that with age, the fat in the lower cheek tends to drop, which changes the overall look of the face thus making the person look old. I have to say, your cheeks look great!, wow. I’ve watched many of your videos, and I love your approach to clients being like billboards for your work-if they only need to see you once, you’re doing a fantastic job. But if they keep coming back for the same issue, it’s a sign something’s off. Let me give you an example: I once met a man around 200lbs who didn’t look like he’d ever been to the gym. When I asked, he mentioned he’d had a personal trainer for five years. To me, that was shocking, because it really didn’t look like he’d made any progress. I’d never choose a trainer like that, as it clearly reflects poorly on their effectiveness if their client shows no results after that long. It is like a dermatologist who has really bad skin giving your advice on how to clear your skin, hardly advice you would take based on their skin lol, but yours looks fantastic, I definitely take your advice.

A low carb and sugar diet! This will help with crepey skin and sagging skin not to mention lumpy areas and it can also help to reduce a fatty liver which is also a common cause of these issues
Same. I got Restylane and Juvederm a few times in my nasolabial folds and tear trough over 15 years ago. It stretches the skin and I can see the loose pocket where the filler was in my tear trough when I smile. I still see a small lump/pocket at the bottom of my nasolabial fold where the injector put too much filler and it stretched the skin. It’s like when you pull the skin up on a turkey to place herbed butter under the skin. Once the skin is separated from the meat, that skin is not going to stick back to the meat anymore. There’s going to be a pocket there.

Yes will do
I have fillers in my cheek and nasale lines. Can i use that stone thing in my face when have fillers...?
Hello Dr. Can we fill the perriform fossa area to treat nasolabial folds
I've heard this from a number of dermatologists, apparently it would be better because it would look more natural and would diminish the risk of migration.
@@liviusss
Same, I’ve heard a lot of derms prefer this placement for filler
Does anyone have a good video on how to use guasha properly?
Stay tuned...I ll have something for you soon
Thanks Dr R! I have a question regarding red light therapy masks. I'm think of getting a mask, but I recently heard that men need a 1072nm mask over the 630mn type, as guys have a thicker facial skin, is this true? Thanks.
No. So far that wavelength has not proved well in my practice. We may refine it....but not yet....and complications
@@rajanimdskincare Thanks for the clarification 😉
Acabo de comprar una...yes !
Thanks @moirasacerdotisa

Yes I know it well
I lost a lot of weight and i had filler.. it was wonderful. And last 10 years. I will be doing it again in October. No one can guess my age.. I only let a Dr. Do it.
Excellent
Is that a lat pull behind Dr Rajani?
Amsterdam bar bool
Teşekkürler 😊
Great info! ❤But now I need to find a clone of Dr Rajani in my area (lol) who’s skilled & in the know. My beloved, trusted provider had to step down due to health issues:(😂
I’m starting to get that fold on my right side very slightly I hate it
When gua sha became mainstream, I’d always arrive just in time to see the empty box on the shelf 🤦🏻♀️ In the meantime, I’d just dupe, massaging with oily knuckles instead. Then, I finally got a chance to get one, and…..
I was better off with the knuckles 🤣
The gua sha stone is just one more thing for me to forget about/lose. With the right oil, the middle joints of your first and middle fingers work just the same. And the straight edge of your index finger for the other side.🤷🏻♀️Don’t believe the hype.
Same!
@@gwengwen4535I second this
Hi doctor what about Liquid PCL on that area?
Yes . Gouri
@@rajanimdskincare ❤️ thank you doctor!

I just had an aha moment watching this. I have a puffy under eye that could be associated to hypothyroidism but being 53 I also notice right under it has sunk somewhat so my question is could fat transfer work?
What about filling the Pyriform aperture? Which filler is best?
One can fill if the angles require...be very careful though
This is home cure ?
I am scheduled for a tri lift appt tomorrow. Will it cause my jowls to lose fat?
Settings are key. Do you have a great provider
@@rajanimdskincare ya but you never know that till after the fact.

I get hyper-dilute Radiesse a few times a year- the person who does my treatments only puts it along my jawline- can this be used in the nasal labial area or not a good idea?
Curious, is this work to emphasize your jawline?
@@donnab6590in my individual case- absolutely- It’s improved 100% from before I started. It’s a bio stimulator so it’s also helping with collegen & elastin.
@@donnab6590 I’m really happy with how my jaw looks now compared to 2 years ago before I started with the bio-stimulator. I don’t have an “ideal” jaw line because my face is fairly narrow & an ellipse (oval)
So wish I had known that filling nasolabial fold was a no go. It was SUCH A DISASTER for me, and it’s permanent now 😢😢😢
Why permanent? Did you do bellefill or silicon?
Same, the specialist just filled them without even asking !
I just wanted to get my lips done and now I am left with deeper folds and on one side there was like a bump of filler. I got it dissolved but it did not went away :/
if it was hyaluronic acid you can dissolve it within 2 seconds with hyaluronidase
I have Arrtefill. It seems to be pretty much permanent. It's been more than 10 years.@@rajanimdskincare

Can we prevent it I'm 16 and im scared of getting them
If u r 16 and worried about this...u have much bigger problems. I am 65 and still not too worried about it. U start doing stuff now to your face u will end up looking like a super freak by 30. Why u r even thinking about this at 16?
16 you should be having fun with makeup, nails, lashes and no worries! Wash your face at night and use moisturizer and sunscreen during the days under makeup if you wear it and just have fun and enjoy life!

I think social media has absolutely destroyed young girls self esteem and promoted so many completely ridiculous procedures that are absolutely not needed on their precious young skins . So perhaps that’s why she is obsessing about this, she is probably bombarded with fake shit all day. I’m so glad I was born in the 80s, trying to deal with comparing myself to models in Cosmopolitan was hard enough! I am genuinely concerned what it will be like when my daughter gets older. 😔
I'll stick with my medical grade silicone tape...

What about the rollers that vibrates?
I have one at store.rajanimd.com and we love it
You do fat transfer to boost the Facial Fat Loss? I see many "older" women that look so gaunt in the face, it is really aging looking....same thing in the hands
Yes..or sculptra, ha, rejuran
If one has an oval face with high cheekbones, I do not think this would be such an issue.
And does anyone teach it?

What about filling the periauricular area??
Sure....there is some gain. More in the jawline if filling pre auricular. You cannot fill it you need a biostimulator there
