@@rajaa111 You bro I have been struggling hard with tuning, but the way you explain this, I have confidence that I can do it now, thanks bro. So I always start with with the HSN, then low and when the idle raises, then I adjust my idle screw, I always forget to do the pinch test but thank bro for the information

    Guys,
Pre heating also saves wear & tear on the engine-sleeve , due to the pinch at start-up .
If you want it to last (a very long time ) pre-heat your engines .

16:47 here you have a good tune, the idle drops down after rev and stays, you screw on it afterwards and screw it up. i would test with wheels on the road with the settings at 16:47. when you load the engine it behaves different and wants more fuel than unloaded.

See, I try to tell people those nova 6's are to cold for me, they don't let the engine run constantly and hard to keep the engine running smoothly, listen to your hobby shp owner he knows what hes talking about, I stop using those nova plugs a long time ago

Fantastic video. I think I have my tune pretty good on my OS B2103, but it likes to drink a little too much fuel overall. I'm hesitant to lean it up, but in a more controlled table-top environment like this, I may try to optimize it. I live in the Phoenix area, and it is HOT! Running 30% nitro, I have found that a P5 (colder) plug seems to help idle and overall motor consistency vs. the stock P3. However, this probably attributed to the richer running as well.
I really like the "hose technique" you're doing. Where did you run it? Does it just run along the floor to a door then to the outside? How long is the hose, and does it affect back-pressure or the tune when taken off?

How much adjusting from day to day use? And when you need to adjust maybe because of different humidity, do you only adjust the high speed needle?

    • @rajaa111

it really depends on temps, sometimes you don't have to adjust anything, mostly the high speed needle after the initial tune

great video dude, quick question i've got a HPI savage x 4.6, recently built it as it was in storage, the engine seems like its got load of compression. Engine fires up greatly, however i do notice a little bit of tiny tiny bubbles building up and kind of going (disapearing) in the fuel line, is this something to be concerned or do i just drive the thing, its not big blob of bubbles if that makes sense..
