I've been doing the Richlawn challenge for the last 22 years and my Dad used it since the 60's! I use the Pro-Rich version. I just put it down in mid spring then I use the Winterizer in October and that's it. I always have had a great looking lawn. I have also used the O'Tool's Garden Center's Colorado Water Server 4 part system which is made by Richlawn.
The only thing that stopped me before was the smell. After researching how fine tuned so to speak they have it for Colorado soil, it’s definitely the go to for now on.
