The disrespect of Iggy Azalea will be studied one day. She literally is the epitome of the American dream, and should be respected for that reason alone.
It’s the underlying racism and gatekeeping that has forced her and bullied her out of the industry was her complete introduction to the industry flawless know where their mistakes. Yes. But people never let it go!
When she came back with her in my defense era, fully independent is when she saw her next resurgence her first single Sally Walker Trinidad number one for almost a half a month and got like 20 million views in the first week on UA-cam. Somehow it still only debuted number 50 on the hot 100 but that’s another story!

But that was still technically under a label even though it was the last single sheet dropped under a label so technically, she did what she wanted on that single, which is also double platinum, and super viral on TikTok
if she had released this album (digital distortion) she could've been more respected than today she is

To be fair, this scrapped album was produced with the people she made her first mixtape with so your reaction makes sense lol. She went back to them to work on her second album bc at the time she was getting so much hate that she just wanted to work with her friends again. At the time these leaked songs were very shocking but now with all these female rappers it doesn’t stand out as much.
The album was scrapped because of label issues but it was supposed to be her 2nd studio album title 'digital Distortion'. But she dropped another album after five years titled 'in my defense' which I would recommend you to react. I'm sure you will love the songs on that album.

You really need to listen to the songs from her album “in my defense”, most of her old music didn’t age well for me, but In my defense is solid, bop after bop and she had some really good bars
I will always be supporting your channel in relation to Iggy, but now we need reactions to really released songs
She’s grown a lot from there, but at the time it was released I was in shock. Although it’s not heavy on bars, this was her first time ever addressing her hate train. And while everyone was obsessed with mid 2020’s EDM, this felt fresh (and the beat is still lit af). The way she puts her vocals in the chorus still gives me chills, there’s something in her voice I can’t explain.
Love these reactions of unreleased Iggy songs but I think you should try the others that came out officially before. I mean there's a reason if they're scrapped... Btw try Teaaaam!!!
I think as azaleans some of us are biased, like I do like this song but from a first time listener I could see why some might not care for this song and I also think some of the digital distortion songs could've definitely used a little more love.
