You recognize that little boy because he's Macaulay Culkin's little brother. He was fuller in home alone & played the little brother in she's all that.
@@89gummybears Yep. I forgot they called him that. Was his glasses prescription shitty because his parents couldn't afford new ones or because they were bad parents? Or was that movie set at a time when optical technology was less advanced?
@@TheGoauldApophis I'm pretty sure The Sandlot is set in the 50's but I don't know the story behind his name. I think it's just the character they developed.
Kieran Culkin played Annie's brother (and the real life brother to Macauley Culkin) His friend whom you saw parking the cars is played by Chauncey Leopardi, you might recognize him as "Squints" from The Sandlot. Oh please Billy, do part 2 it is funnier.
I’m tired of UA-cam hiding my notifications for this channel man!!! Great reaction as always billy. Steve Martin is just such a comedic genius. Him and queen latifah in bringing down the house is one of my favorites that and the out of towners #bingers
I love that you were literally inside Steve Martin's brain while watching the movie 😂 I relate to George's father-daughter relationship with Annie so much, reminds me so much of me and my Dad! ❤
The part where he's going on about the hot dogs and buns not matching up was hilarious. In a few of my grade school classes we did the accurate match up math, but I forgot what it was.
Man… this movie had me 🥺 5 min into it. As a dad of a daughter this movie hits hard. I can/can’t wait till I get to walk my daughter on her wedding day.
Knowing that you have a daughter and seeing this reaction multiple times, it’s definitely one of your best and my favs! 😊 I’ve watched this movie for years whenever it’s on TV and it’s on today so I came back again to rewatch you cracking up and giving dad insight. 👏🏾
My husband is 5 years older and yes to the parent's houses. My old bedroom and the basement for mine and every room at his, because we would house sit for his parents when we first got married.
My daughter is getting married in 3 days, and this is one of our family favorites. The sequel, “Father of the Bride Part II” is really cute too! Both films are remakes (“Father of the Bride” cirque 1950 and “Father’s Little Dividend” cirque 1951). I’m a huge classic movie fan, but the Steve Martin remakes are one of the rare instances when I like the remakes better.
Respect to you brother my brother went to East Timor, Iraq twice and Afghanistan and I know military service is hard. My grandfather that raised me was shot in ww2 and my uncle was in Vietnam when he was 17
Less than 2 hours ago.. the exact words in my head were.. I wish someone would react to Father Of The Bride. AND HERE TF WE ARE. YESSSS. I'm beyond excited rn 😆. Also the kid that looked familiar was Squints, from The Sandlot.
those shoes are... very 80s/early 90s. I remember thinking as a kid (like 6 or 7) that she was the prettiest, coolest bride ever, and I wanted shoes just like that when I got married, not some fancy shoes that would pinch my toes like I had to wear to church. The 80s and early 90s were truly a different time. I do not know for the life of me why we thought this was cool.
It's a remake. Great film though. The guy who directed this movie was married to Nancy Meyers. She directed The Parent Trap remake. The original Father of The Bride had Elizabeth Taylor in it. Billy should watch the original Parent Trap. It was made by Disney in 1961. It's one of my favorite movies. I like the remake though. The original Parent Trap is on Disney Plus. #Bingers
So cute watching you react as a Dad! How old is your daughter? Hopefully you have a lot of time before you have to worry about this. If you liked Steve Martin in this, you'll like him in ( #bingers ) Planes, Trains, and Automobiles. It is a good one and is centered around Thanksgiving! Very thematic for the season.
I love to laugh at the hot dogs vs. buns scene. Yes, I find the different portions in their packaging frustrating as well. HOWEVER... He was buying enough of them (since he was apparently getting enough to feed a pretty large group) that he could have easily just done a quick calculation and made it work out. 5 packs of one, 4 packs of the other...
My boyfriend is 15 years younger. And no, I'm not a cougar - no money, wasn't looking for it). He's seen me through the absolute toughest times of my life (cancer, anxiety, epilepsy) and has never wavered in his support. We were long distance for a long time due to health and finances. But we've been together 13 years. I'd appreciate no judgment from the peanut gallery. :)
Wow that is actually an amazing story! I mean it’s rare to find someone that is willing to be with there in your most vulnerable of moments. Or maybe it’s just my sad generation that is full of quitters and selfish lovers? Idk but that seems so far fetched today sadly. Glad you find your one! No judgement here at all. If anything it will be some jealousy lol
