    This Parkinson's exercise video focuses on using resistance to body movements by performing weighted exercises. This is a great way to create strength, create mobility, and lengthen muscles.
    Equipment needed:
    1. Straight pole - use to warm up and stretch muscles
    2. Weights - light to moderate
    3. Sturdy chair - be sure your chair is secure so it does not move while in use.
