Hello Tim. The indoor firework was a very popular novelty. However, I believe those particular pharoah smakes were discontinued due to the components being toxic. The first effect is Potassium Dichromate which burns with voluminous ash. The second is Mercury (II) Thiocyanate which makes the snake. It was replaced with the nitrated pitch version which can still be bought.
A couple of the toys at the beginning I'd consider to be "portable heart attacks" (the basket, bean, and the boxes). I'd think the boxes one is the most devious, though. Making them think there could be another box in the third one only for the snake to fly out the side! LOL 😂
