I am from Argentina, 40% northern Italian. I can relate to all the food in Piedmont. I grew up eating Bagna Cauda, Vitel Tone for Christmas, Panetone, Eating that very same fresh salami that is locally produced in my province (Cordoba) by the Piamontese and Friulano immigrants. I can't wait to go to Piedmont to experience the source of my culture and tradition!
As an Italian-American whose family came from the Piedmont, this explains a lot for me; I never understood why the foods I grew up with I never saw in restaurants.

My mother is from Refrancore area and I grew up with the same food here in USA. Peperonata was my favorite along with fresh agnoloti

@@EatingWithRobert I will not! I will step it down!
Awesome video man… just one thing you might not know is you shouldn’t say "Caz#o" especially when an italian woman sits near you
Eating at boun padre was one of the best restaurant experiences of my life. Nice video :)
My family is from Torino, this was really cool, thank you.

Did you manage to get a hold on the Tajarin al ragu recipe? I would love to make it!
I need the recipe for that tajarin and sauce jajaja
Noodles and spaghetti are differents
Gli spaghetti sono fatti con grano duro ed è generalmente un prodotto industriale, i tajaren sono generalmente fatti in casa con grano tenero
You are knowledgeable and putting out good videos, but the f-word is so unnecessary. Elevate yourself.
A bit of a wardrobe makeover wouldn't hurt either. And please lose the baseball cap.
Wow I’m so cool I can say the f word
Hey Rob, Just one thing ... Please take off your CAP ! You're not in America, and it is very rude in Italy, o keep it on.
