I'm not Dennis, but here's a way to find the info you requested. If you go to Pennfishing, then right side bottom of the page, the performance parts, there are links to dealers selling repair parts. Also includes schematics for the reels.
Rick - most Zebco reels are not supported with spare parts. Not sure what model you need them for. Let me know and I will see if there is a distributor that may be a able to help you - Thanks
U.S. Dollars? These are expensive, but most are in the $200 range here in the U.S. still expensive for a used reel, but well worth it - Thanks - Dennis
Is that a common failure with the International? What would cause this to happen? Everything else inside looks to be in pretty good shape. Thanks Dennis.
It isn't the first time I have seen this, so let's call it common. If there is movement in the shaft that would cause the ratchet to move hight than designed and could cause the scraping or wear on the pivot. Thanks for asking - Dennis
Dennis, do you think the customers aftermarket handle played a part in that part failure? Maybe the added force of a longer "lever", that takes added force to activate? I can see where these power handles put on baitcasters, not originally designed for them, create forces not thought of by the original designers.
I was wondering the same thing, like the shaft alignment may have become twisted slightly through the case so now the release ratchet doesn't engage/disengage quite as it should. It's an odd wear/failure. Another thing I was thinking was if that spring at 9:17 had been replaced at some point in the past with one that was too tight, I could see that messing with the release also, but it looks like it fits. I've been pondering over this and watching the video over and over.. at 15:04.. I wonder if the rubber thumb button is binding up inside against the edge of the case, if that rubber button is removed and just reassembled with out it, does it work as normal?
Dennis. I have a Newell S533-4.6 reel I've had for possibly a couple of decades. If I can recall, I've only used it a few times when I lived on the west coast. I pulled it out of storage for possibly a party boat excursion and maybe some pier fishing. I took it apart to clean and grease it. During this process, I found I needed to replace the concave washer on the handle. Is this something I can replace with parts from a Penn reel and if so, what model would that be? Thank you for your assistance. Danny
If there is a fit, the Jigmaster would be the reel to compare for parts. Those reels were based on the Penn 500. Check pout the penn schematic for the 500 here and see if that will help you www.mysticparts.com/Assets/images/pennparts/schematics/500.pdf Dennis
Dennis, very often when I’m servicing the drag washers on a spinning reel it appears to me that one side of the metal washers are flat and the other side is more rounded and slightly raised a very little, I always put that flat side down. Is this correct or does it matter? Good job on this reel!- Chris
I always enjoy your videos, it makes reels a lot easier to work on.
20K!! Congratulations!!
Thank you so much 😀
Dennis could please put a link into your description of the mr parts or any other site you use to repair the fishing reels, thanks Rick

Those are good points. It the lever handle is forcing the shaft to wobble, it would cause the issue. Thanks - Dennis
Great observation Henry! You may have hit the nail right on the head. 🎣

The rounded one usually is the cap washer under the retention spring. Otherwise, it doesn't matter which side is up - Dennis
