How to Improvise in 8 Easy Steps will show you how to improvise with any scale or group of notes by gradually introducing more degrees of freedom in a step by step way. Turn any scale into musical phrases with this method.

This video doesn’t have a PDF transcription, but on alto sax I’m using these notes A C D E G, the A minor pentatonic scale. I hope that helps.

Excuse me Bro, I'm very new to alto sax, can you tell me if this is the LA minor pentatonic? what fingering did you use because it seems that instead of being more than 5 notes

Yes this is using the A minor Pentatonic scale A C D E G, you then can expand the range to higher and lower notes, but only using A C D E G, that's why it sounds like there are more than 5 notes. I hope that helps.
