Who else did you try? Was curious about the online sax academy?
Thanks Scott! Great lesson!!! Very useful information!
Thanks Scott. Rhythmic practice of the chord tones is exactly what I have been missing.
Yeah, that can be a game changer! It gets you a lot closer to sounding like a solo
Excellent lesson, Scott. Very helpful👍👍👍
Thank you Scott!
Super lesson. I'm very anxious to practice the concepts you taught in this video. I understand now how to practice the chord tones and how to begin improvising.
Hey Scott, that was one good tutorial, I'll spend this entire week on this, thanks for sharing.

Such a good content. To me you are seriously the best teacher in UA-cam cause you make it happen to explain complex stuff in an easy way and motivate like hell to practice at the same time!
Thank you! I always try to break things down so that they are really easy to understand.😁
brilliant by its simplicity
Yeah, just 3 simple steps 😁
Good Stuff wait Im sorry GREAT STUFF!!!!!! 😃 Scott Looking to work with you some day 😃🤝🙏👍👍👍
First of all I want to thank you for your excellent channel! When playing chord outlines, which notes do you play if there’s two chords in one measure?
This was SOOO helpful.⭐️🌹🥰 Thank you for making this video!!!
😁😁😁 I enjoyed your flute performances on your channel.
Onde encontro essas progressões de acordes para sax alto?
Hi Scott, what gear do you play on?
I think your video’s are great b.t.w.
Do u think ur improv lessons would be good for guitars too ? like ur course i mean, also u have theory for advance stuff too? I just found u channel 2h ago and rly like the way u teach and your exampels ;D
Hey Cechi, you would definitley understand what I'm talking about, but everything is geared towards saxophone players and would be in a different key for guitar, so it might be difficult to follow along.
@@ScottPaddock thx for the answer :D reading sax sheet would be okey but got ittt. Btw, in your courses, do u have total begginer player stuff? I got gifted a sax and idk how to get any note xDd or maybe reccomend me a good online place for that newbie stuff? Appreciate it :D
@@cechichan yeah, I have a Beginner Pathway in my Sax School that starts from the very beginning of putting the sax together. If you worked through some stuff on sax you could definitely translate it onto your guitar with no problem. Here's the link: www.scottpaddocksaxschool.com
How do I know what notes are in a chord? Is there a sheet I can get somewhere?
Hey! Check out this video I did on chords & chord symbols: ua-cam.com/video/qR3Y38dknoo/v-deo.htmlsi=kr18QUic6K_7CTB9
@@ScottPaddock Thanks a lot!!
With a rhythm good, but practice with a metronome also at the same time.
