I’ve done this exercise before ascending ,but descending is completely new to me. It’s almost as if a piece of the puzzle that I didn’t know was missing suddenly appeared! I’ll have to relearn it in its entirety. Just curios, but for the flat keys like F , Bb, etc should the biz key be used instead of the side Bb key for all Bb notes? Thank you for the great lesson 😊

Try to keep everything relaxed and focus on small efficient movements, and of course, start slow!

That’s ok, try using UA-cam’s playback speed setting and put it to 0.75

Don’t worry, they will get faster over time if you do a little everyday!
