purple (or green) represents the mute status of the individual tracks... track 9 is kick and track 5 snare... that's why they are on most of the time. But you can see it better with these buttons because they have the illuminated rectangle.
do you have a video where you share your recording process? ive gotten used to programming my stuff just in the digitakt and stopped doing one takes, as it was hard for me to mix and mister it afterwards when i just had the stereo track but your approach seems much more natural. schöngrü

I can listen to this for hours. Just started learning the Syntakt. Wondering why the 1,5,9 steps are constantly purple.
