Shell & Tube heat exchangers have half parallel and half counter flow hence to calculate the net del T lmtd ,we use the lmtd correction factor. So this concept of Parallel flow is also useful !
1. You simply state that Delta T(LMTD) is greayer for counter flow - can you prove this is always the case ? 2. Lim (x -> 1) of (x-1)/ln(x) = 1 not infinity as you say. Enoyed your video

Thank you sir. Already watched many videos on this topic but no one could teach me this topic as easily as you did.
Best vedio ever i found in you tube
Thanks bro
all the best
Complete explanation...thank you !
All the best to you @Paul
Thank you! Appreciate it.
All the best to you !
Nice very helpful
Very Nicely put I hope this helps for the quiz tomorrow.
Good luck to you :)
thank you sir
All the best
Temperatures are same or not in case of parallel & counter flow???
Applications of parallel flows ???

the music is annoying but thx
thanks for the feedback, good luck to you
yep, unwatchable

I think 1. is always the case because logically, counterflow is much more efficient than parallel flow for heat transfer
