Hey man! Alabama local here👋. Loved to see the tour of the whole campground! There's one section you missed. In Loop A, right after the curve past the bathhouse, there are 3 more tent sites with electricity and a water pump. Sites A20, A21, and A22 are hidden little gems that are right beside a smaller beach area, perfect for swimming. These are the only sites we book now in the summer because you don't have to go all the way to the big beach. Great tour of the park though!
I enjoyed the video and all the information, i live about 5 miles south of Oak Mountain on a high ridge. I hope y'all enjoy staying here in Pelham, take care and God bless.
Glad you liked it. I did a tour last year, but they completely remodeled the campground. Closed in July 2023 and reopened Memorial Day Weekend. Compare last years and you see a big difference. Also, I have a number of videos about things to do at Oak Mt State Park from last year. Thanks for watching!
Hi good video. thanks for all the information, but would be great to slow down, say the site numbers, shut the music off when you are talking. Had to hear you. Have fun, be safe.
i camped there a few years ago, we had the run of our site, and the site next to us, because the guy was out in the water, catching something, and was bitten by a cottonmouth, spent the whole time that we were there, in the hospital

@mattsides5234 Thanks, I did leave those out, there were people there and outside, didn't want to offend them filming. Thanks for watching!
@@MannsAdventures-bc3kt Ahhh completely understandable. Just thought I would point it out so everybody knows about the great spots! Stay safe brother!

Oh, my goodness! Hope he was OK. And thanks for watching!
Consider going slower through the campground, and include the site numbers.
Thanks for the comment. I think I did that in last years video. Since it was a remodel, I should have again. Thanks for watching!
Great video except for the music, made it hard to hear you.
Thanks for your input. I appreciate it. And thanks for watching!
