Outstanding video! I have been taking PEA 400mg 3-4x daily for two years now to treat fibromyalgia and neuropathic migraines. I swear by it for pain management and cell protection. I loved the video! PEA helped my relative with carpal tunnel pain. I take it for a set of several conditions and only need 40 mg per day. it helps depression, fibromyalgia, retinal health, inflammation as you said, and MS among other things.

Be careful when researching PEA because Phenylethylamine a nootropic is also known as (PEA) . I actually ordered Palmitoylethanolamide and got Phenylethylamine from amazon.

@@douglasmackay8066 Awesome, my only concern with that formula is the vitamin A. I have an autoimmune and I really believe that vitamin A toxicity (it's added to sooo much stuff) is a big cause of autoimmune. I know there are beneficial forms of vitamin A that are readily absorbable, but I just don't know enough about it. I do eat fresh beef liver, so I'm not against Vit A. Just taking it in manufactured form.
