funny thing is someone brought this deck in one qualifier tournament in my country back when zoodiacs were meta in the ocg, and he was champion. his finishing move was to direct attack using maxx c equipped with mage power. he didn't get jumped on
Yo props to both of those players. The stun player knew his rulings and was overall awesome and the PK player was super patient and had no issues correcting the gamestate whenever they did an illegal play.

One time i was bored and legit went on DB where i tried to fill a deck with all the mirror forces and trap Holes i could find plus a bunch of card draws and obviusly exodia. Needless to say It was an abomination and i probabily Lost every duel but It was the funniest thing i've every tried in the game. When you know all the rules and play all the same decks over and over It's really refreshing i'll say.

In old rulings trap monster took 2 spaces, the one the card actually is in and the s/t zone where it activated, changed after eldlich. They are at the same time traps and monsters, so they can get hit by monster removal as well s/t. If the monster effect is negated it happens nothing but if a trap monster s/t effect is negated then they return in the s/t zone and can't be summoned again. Also they return in the backrow when set, while pseudo trap monster stay in monster zone. Imperial custom basically make trap monster undefeatable by normal means. I played them for years since 2013 but because no one knew them i always took with me wiki printed sheets.

Axe from Meele or Tahan's ABC or Pak. These people pilot their rogue tier every year and adapt against meta. You and them both dont play meta but thats it, you are the one whining at floodgate instead of getting better at this game
dont get me start on bias against Trap cards. They are inherently slow and get shit on by Spell cards. They are the ultimate underdog of yugioh card type.
@Eavy Eavy 1) vanillas are more of an underdog than traps 2) there's more counter play to spell activation the there is to trap activation by the nature of spell speed 3) traps have more restrictive effects than spells
In every tactical game (regardless of what it is) the winner in all likelihood is the one who maintains the innovative. To gain the initiative you need to make your opponent react to you. Because they are reacting to you they are not furthering their own strategy.
As excruciating as the duel itself was, I really enjoyed the wholesome moment at the end between the two. Also, PK player losing his mind was hilarious - especially when Starlight Road resolved xD
To clarify some things. *I did make a ton of misplays but keep in mind I sat in that game for an hour after playing striker mine for an entire day so my brain was a little fried. *I was playing basic PK because I had just bought the utopia package and wanted to see if It would perform, of If I should just get the DPE package (moneys tight) *after getting roasted by Farfa and chat I've decided to play 60 cards pendulum seeing as how it is the Best deck *I told him to play vanity domain seeing as to how he didn't want to play any actual consistent stun deck but wanted to try some other builds *PK BESTDECK TIER ZERO

I love playing agaist trap reliant stun decks, it alway finish up as a top deck game, you never know hoe is gonna end and every draw can overturn the game, its the most similar experience to the GOAT Format we can have in MR5.
Ah. Red is the epitome of Yugioh. Its only ggs if i win. No GGz, pain and suffering, agony and despair because im losing to a Skill-less deck that basically counters mine entirely.
When the anti-meta player know more about the game than the meta player. Also, if you're not going to play an extra might as well just play extrav and just put random cards in your extra deck. Pot of duality is also nice.

I mean I usually run 45 to 60 card decks.... if we're playing a game that relies heavily on RNG, I might as well play it with more RNG. Though there is consistency issues that are involved. To bad a too consistent deck kind of ruins player interaction.

Shade isn’t treated as a trap once summoned. That’s why Cyclone didn’t banish it.

When you play stun it's not a bout winning, it's about making every act even the act of winning feel like a frustrating slog.

NGL, I play Gravekeepers in Limited One Festival. It's not the fastest deck, but can really interfere with Invoked and Shaddoll engines.
