4 AM ( Lord Give Me One More Chance ) - English Cover & Animatic | Taeko Onuki

in this video i sing a english cover of Taeko Ohnuki´s "4:00 AM" or also known as the "Lord give me one more chance"- song from tiktok!
I also added an animatic that´s playing during this cover~
This english cover was solely made because i couldn´t get the "lord give me one more chance " part out of my head but couldn´t sing the rest of the song. I have to thank tiktok yet again for influencing my cover and music taste completly,,,,
I really liked coming up with the english lyrics and i tried my hardest to live up to the original " lord give me one more chance " part!!
I´m actually really happy that this song got popular, i enjoy
songs that have a catchy melody/beat and then have the saddest lyrics ;;this contrast is what makes it interesting!!
Oh and for the story of this Animatic i (also) got inspired by a tiktok (am i addicted? i hope not) There was a girl who showed her break-up texts and it was GUT-WRENCHING,,, so yea naturally i used my sadness as inspiration.
This story is about a mutual break-up when two people simply grow apart from one another. I feel like this kind of break-up is even more heartbreaking because it´s easier to move on if you can hate the other person.
Mmmh yeah, i think that´s all i have to say about this cover!! Hope you enjoyed the lyrics i wrote as well & we´ll see each other with the next cover~ (Coming in exactly two weeks on sunday!)
