I like this sort of review where you do some real world testing of range on real roads rather than on some smooth bit of something in Spain or Italy. In the real world I simply would fill up with lec about half way rather than go for the white knuckle ride down to 44 klicks. I noticed I still like the Stellantis UI/UX and relatively low key infotainment screen and small driver screen. Not a car I want, but one I respect.
Two years ago I made a mistake of part exchanging my 2016 Peugeot 308 allure diesel for a new Citroen EC4 and I regret it however, for what I paid for the Citroen for it was cheaper than buying the new 308 as they really overpriced it. I was offered a test drive by my local Peugeot garage however after sitting inside it I just didn't like it on how much they've changed it.
A decent looking car but there's nothing that shines. Looking to replace my current car but the e308 won't make it onto my consider list. A good review
My driving is mainly long distances so real tests are great to see. Just a quick question, would it matter if the car has a second adult travelling with you. Paul
I have the e208 in this colour, great colour and good looking car, as is this e308. Do have to say though, the list prices are fantasy - you can get 20% off easily here in the UK, even more with a nearly new. Shame, they are nice cars (I love my e208), but if you pay more than £25k for one of these you’re going to lose a huge amount of money very quickly.
@@NevoEVReviewIreland I get about 180 mile in summer, 150 miles in winter. WLTP is 214 miles. Perfectly adequate as a second car. It’s a lovely car and apart from the horrendous depreciation I ‘d recommend it to anyone.
Cheers mate it's nice and so is the price
The Peugeot e-308 has a Recommend Retail Price (RRP) of £41,125 and an On The Road Price (OTR) of £42,025.
But would you have it before a Tesla Model 3?
@@NevoEVReviewIreland I can't afford ether mate
Yeah but you can get one discounts for £32k, the list prices are pure fantasy.

Thanks for the comment Paul. I'm proud of my coast to coast series
You should be proud. Nobody else is doing it and it needs doing.

Were you doing motorway speeds of in excess of 100 kms.where safe to do.so? Less speed more range?
Didn't go about 110km/h on the motorway

Thanks Paul. Yes, more weight would slightly decrease the range.

Prices are definitely on the higher side. Thanks for the comment. How's the range with your e208?

Love the styling. EV dynamics and warranty not the best.
